We had a friendly communication with Helena from the beginning. We were received personally and kindly and very hospitable. The house was as fantastic as described. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The house with property invites you to relax. If you want to explore the area, which is highly recommended, you can reach many great destinations within an hour. Helena also always has tips ready and responds very quickly to individual requests. A fantastic place for vacation. Thank you for having us being there.

Matea and her mom were such amazing host! The accommodation matches the photos, squeaky clean, and perfectly located by the Split airport. Location has 2 grocery stores within a few steps (Lidl, right across the street and Kaufland about 2 minute walk down the street) We stayed for a month and Matea's place met all of our needs. So whether you are staying for one night to catch an early morning flight, or a month, her place has everything you need. On a side note, there is the 37 bus route that gets you to Trogir in 10 minutes or to Split in 1 hour. All in all highly recommended 👌! Thanks again Matea!!!

[ + ] Bikes, kitchen, beautiful neighborhood. [ - ] Dilapidated old mattress, slow upload on WiFi. Not perfect, but the love and attention to detail is apparent throughout. Gorgeous area, too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is located in a pleasant and quiet area, yet it’s not far from the city center, making it a great base for exploring the surroundings. Instructions from the host were clear, though it’s necessary to remember to turn on the water heater and ventilate the room regularly, which you quickly get used to. The accommodation was clean and fully equipped, with the exception of a microwave. The bathroom is smaller but perfectly adequate. The only minor issue was the shower doors not closing properly. We chose this place because we were traveling with our dog, and the location suited us perfectly. Overall, I would rate the accommodation very positively.
