Monthly Rentals in Otiake River

So nice view and cozy place. My patents really liked here. Rooms were tidy and the kitchen was spacious. It is located in a peaceful town.

We had the most amazing time - thank you Tim!! Such a gorgeous and peaceful place with everything (and more) you need! If I could change anything it would be that we should have booked for longer :) Great communication from Tim and lovely clean accommodation! And it’s pet friendly - our pup had the best time too! Thanks again Tim and I’m sure we’ll be back!

Great location to town and small park, all just a block away. Kitchen was setup nicely. large refrigerator. easy checkout. Nick flower outside, great sunset and sunrise.

This is the second time I have stayed at Kevin’s place. I just love it. The accommodation is very comfortable, clean, quiet and spotless. The location is brilliant with lots of walking tracks around the area and easy to get to Mt Cook. The pub does a great meal and the wifi reaches the apartment. The bakery does great donuts and custard slices. The view from the unit Is amazing. And there is an apple tree on the golf course just outside the door. Also the stars at night and amazing. I will be back.
