The place and the directions were very easy to follow, but I did drive up on the grass to the First garage door and got stuck in a bit of a mud Not Debbie’s fault it was the torrential rain we had. We had a cosy stay in a neat and tidy cottage. Kym left an Easter treat which was lovely. About 10 - 20 min drive to most Hunter valley activities. Grocery stores 5-10 min drive. Kitchen has basic utensils & cooking items so pack anything specific you might need. Heating & cooling available. Mattresses average if you are fussy about comfort! Overall good value for money - suitable for small family or two couples.

Everything was clean and well equipped. Location was great with access to lots of local parks and a short driver to all amenities. The unit was private, quiet and comfortable.

A great little place to stay, Paul is friendly and inviting, a lovely garden to walk around or have a quiet sit in, plenty of room for our puppies to explore and stretch their legs, the accommodation was exactly as described, clean and tidy with everything we needed for our stay
