I needed to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and this was just the place I needed. From Karin’s friendly and responsive communication to the property itself, this was such a calming experience. From the moment I walked up the driveway to see the little red cabin, adorned with fairy lights on the patio, I felt tranquility. Check in was easy and hassle free. The cabin is located in a scenic area, surrounded by woods. My morning coffee was spent on the patio looking at deer grazing in the front yard, my afternoon on a tranquil nature walk in the forest, and my evening with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace (which was stocked with wood and fire starter). The property was tidy, toasty and stocked with the necessities (toilet paper, towels, bedding, and extra blankets). The area was quiet and I only saw people when using the main road. This property is easy to get to by using your own car or SL public transport (make sure to check the schedules though!). 100% recommend

Easy log in and log out. Great location. Everything was clean and spotless. Towels and sheets were provided which was great.

We had a lovely 1 night stay in the A frame. The hosts were extremely friendly, welcoming and responsive on message, frequently checking that we were warm and comfortable. The A frame was well equipped with everything needed for a one night stay, including extra sleeping bags and blankets for the colder nights. Special thoughtful touches included indoor slippers, outdoor sliders, and a pre prepared wood fire on our arrival. The indoor gas stove and outdoor BBQ grill were suitable for cooking simple meals. The location easily accessible by the 437 bus from Stockholm, yet felt like a lifetime away from the city- a peaceful escape nestled between the woods and the sea. We would highly recommend this unique stay for a short city break vacation and would love to return.
