Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Osterville, Barnstable

This property is on another level. It’s the four seasons of Airbnb. It’s such an immaculate place to stay and we loved every part of it. The cleanliness, the high quality of the essentials, the coziness, ambience and so much more was truly worth the stay.

We had a nice stay at Chuck's place in Cape Cod. The house was in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and comfortable. We did feel like the $225 cleaning fee was a bit steep for only a couple of nights in a small house.

This residence provided a perfect setting for our four generation family reunion. Especially great was the large fenced in back yard with plenty of things for the little children. Any issue or concern was addressed by Pei immediately by text. Driving or flying in from several states created time issues and Pei was good to allow us to access the house prior to our 4pm entry. We had an excellent stay at Great Hill Cottage. The entire house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. Great amenities.

We had a great stay at the house (which we booked at short notice on our road trip around New England - so thank goodness it was available!). Maria was really helpful and made contact straight away - instructions and access codes were simple and straightforward. There was also a helpful folder at the property with lots of local information and instructions on how things worked in the house etc. We loved the house, the space and facilities were absolutely great and it was a perfect base for exploring the Cape Cod area. Would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable family/group base in Cape Cod.

The house is in a quiet tucked away position, a short walk to the beach, and pleasant 20 minute walk to the town centre where there are numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants. The harbour is slightly further, but still within walking distance. We caught the ferry to Nantucket from there. Tim was very quick to respond to a very minor issue, which Josh kindly called round one evening to fix. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay, and would recommend.

AMAZING!! We loved this house. 2 families with 5 little kids and we had more than enough space. The kids room with the double bunk and trundle was perfect to accommodate our littles from ages 3-10. Bedrooms upstairs are spacious and extremely comfortable. Outdoor shower was a great added perk! The area is exactly what we needed….surrounding beaches, breweries, and closeness to Hyannis was perfect. We were never in the car for more than 20 minutes which is great (given traffic on the cape). Host was a wonderful host and gave us perfect recommendations for what we needed! Can’t recommend this house enough!

We loved our stay here! Spent the weekend with our two young children and the house had everything we could need and more. It was walking distance to the beach and near great restaurants. Victoria also provided a list of local recommendations which we took a few of and loved them all! Would recommend staying here.

Gail is super nice and the place is fun, set up well, and cozy. This is our third time here and I'm sure we'll be back!

I had a fantastic stay at Tara’s place! Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Tara was a wonderful host: super responsive, welcoming, and respectful of privacy. The space had everything I needed, and little touches made it feel like home. Michael was very responsive throughout the whole process. The place appeared exactly as it did in the photos. We felt right at home and wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Loved the proximity to the beach and the ability to watch sunrises and sunsets over the water within a few min walk of each other!

Maria’s place was very clean, and we had a nice stay. Unfortunately, the pool was not filled when we arrived. However, Maria was very quick to answer and talk to the HOA. The directions to get to the Air BnB was easy. For those traveling there, put your GPS in to Apple Lane in Dennis and turn to the first right. We would stay again!

Andrea and Tracy were exceptional hosts! They were great communicators and it was clear they wanted us to get the most out of our stay in Cape Cod. The home was spotless and had every amenity we could possibly need. Their dogs are amazing and got along great with ours which made this home extra special for us! This was an unforgettable trip for sure thanks to Tracy and Andrea!

My boyfriend, our dogs and I had a great weekend getaway! It was quiet and peaceful, and the location was beautiful. There was plenty of space for all staying and Debra was very friendly and helpful. Huge choice of nearby restaurants and activities. The only downfall was inability to swim in the pond itself due to bacteria counts - totally out of Debra's control! She was able to give us recommendations on other swimming spots and we had a fantastic time swimming with our pups. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay here again!

House was exactly as described and Lloyd was a very responsive and accommodating host. The house was in an amazing location, walkable to downtown for shops and restaurants. Big driveway was great for all our cars! Would recommend 10/10 and will be back! Thanks Lloyd.

We spent a relaxing week at Gabrielle’s beautiful home - mainly on the deck playing cards surrounded by beautiful vegetation. Great location with many walking paths through the woods - all of which seem to lead to the marketplace area and/or beach. The house is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The house is extremely big, comfortable and cute. bedrooms are big, but the 1st floor bedroom definitely needs a new mattress. love the open concept of the kitchen, one thing I wish they had was a blender. Tom provided us with gallons of water which I am really thankful for it. The home was clean, beautiful backyard, quite neighborhood. Overall my family were comfortable, enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay again.

Overall, the stay at Natalia's place was pleasant and memorable. We went there to celebrate a bachelorette and Natalia recommended places and restaurants to visit. The villa looks exactly as in pictures and is well equipped . The wifi was fast. The girls enjoyed the spa , yoga and massage. Some of us had fun with the smart toilets. Communication with Natalia was clear and prompt. Definitely consider staying again at Natalia's place! Thank you for hosting!
