Bring family and friends to this great place. Here there are good conditions for coziness and coziness for the whole family There are bathing possibilities from your own sandy beach and bathing jetty. Take a canoeing on the water or a short walk to Sjølingstad Ullvarefabrikk which is a living museum. The excursion possibilities are many. Deriblant Mandal (approx. 10 min drive) which is a cozy southern village with all its beautiful sandy beaches. If you want a trip to Kristiansand and Dyreparken, it is only 40 minutes away.

Pretty new, murderers, 170 sqm, right by the sea! Large private terrace. Good fishing conditions. Lots of windows facing the stunning sea view. Well-equipped kitchen, 2 ovens. Good space, airy feeling. 4 bedrooms, 1 sleeping alcove, 2.5 bathrooms. A few minutes walk into town. 20 min drive to Kristiansand Dyrepark. 2 Kayak, a motor boat with steering wheel fits 3 people. Interior parking space for car. Have your holiday in paradise with relaxed atmosphere in Southern Norway, proper Sørlandsidyll!

Central, cozy

In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. Walk distance to the beach (Bay of Bees). More shops and Lund square and the city. Cozy place. Has 3 bedrooms, possible for 5 sleeping places. Also includes 2 bathrooms. 2 living rooms. Small porch. and outdoor area downstairs with large trampoline. I live here when it's not rented. Some personal touch will meet in my lovely home. And if desired and rent for a longer period of time, I am open to negotiating price.

Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Great cabin in one quiet cabin area. The cabin appears as new, has 3 bedrooms and a loft sleeps 2. There are a total of 9 beds in the cabin. The patio you have the sun all day, great porch with a view over a pond. There are 9 duvets and 9 pillows in the cabin. Bed linen and towels are included. List of house rules, cleaning and use of Jacuzzi can be found in the cabin. REMEMBER!! Good body hygiene before bath IN Jacuzzi.
