Welcome to a peaceful stay in my cozy two-room apartment! You will live in your own house, my annex, with access to your own patio. In front of the house there is a green area, you wake up to birds chirping every morning. Quiet and comfortable in a cul-de-sac. The apartment consists of a living room, kitchenette, furnished corridor, bedroom with a couple of beds (they can be attached together) upstairs. Toilet, shower room, sauna, hall and laundry room on the lower floor. There is a small fridge, a couple of hotplates, microwave and coffee maker.

Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic if you want to experience amazing scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

The property has a kitchenette two hot plates and a fridge with small freezer compartment. There is also a microwave, electric kettle and coffee making facilities. Travel cot for baby is available and also bikes to borrow. The apartment is on the second floor of a dwelling house and the stairs up are narrow and a bit steep. There are two separate bedrooms as well as a living room with a sofa bed, perfect accommodation for the larger company or you who have pets. Private entrance with parking facilities for several cars. Completely separate entrance, and you have the whole lawn in the back all to yourself. Large fully equipped kitchen for 6 people. Good location, a few minutes by car from E22, and 4.5 km to central Kristianstad, 12 km to the sandy beach in cozy Åhus.

There are three bedrooms with two beds in each room and a cosy sleeping loft with ladder. A large living room in open plan with kitchen and a spacious bathroom makes the accommodation both practical and comfortable.
