Generous with beds and extra beds with screenings are arranged easily, several comfortable sofas in two separate living rooms and a large homey kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and there is a closet space in all the bedrooms. Fiber that provides the highest level WIFI and the 4G mast is also close by. For the children there are beds, chairs & a wonderful playhouse.

In Maglehem, there is no car traffic. Five km to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. South from the south: Take road 19 that go from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Welcome to nice Rosenhill! Here you will find a charming angular bedding located in the Scanian countryside with hilly pastures and beautiful views. A home-cooked greenhouse has this year found home to the farm. The house is surrounded by a lovely old-fashioned garden plot with beautiful birch, lilac and hydrangea springs as well as apple trees and very other small and good. Next to the buildings, there is meadow land and to the east you will find a smaller pond with varying amounts of water depending on the seasons.

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Boendet Mysig Japan inspirerad stuga med alla bekvämligheter och en avskild uteplats. Huset ligger mitt i Brösarp med vandringsleder, resturanger och turistmål runt knuten. Trädgården har en yta på 1900 kvadrat och därför är som en oas mitt i byn. Över gatan ligger café Smulan där man kan köpa nybakade bullar, dom har även frukost buffé. Sidan om ligger ICA för övriga inköp. Brösarp kallas porten till Österlen men är i själva verket i mitten av den vackraste natur Österlen har att erbjuda.

Skåneleden (SL4) is just below the house. 5 km south is Simrishamn with restaurants, cafés and shops. To the north, take the wonderful beach promenade in Carl von Linné's footsteps towards the fishing community of Vik. Bathroom, kitchen, living room and a bedroom with a double bed and bunk bed adapted for children. There is a pull-out bed in the living room. Where there's a TV but no channels. But a Chromecast is available for streaming. Fenced yard. The cottage is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Vacuum cleaner, mop, and cleaning supplies are available.

In Bullerby-like surroundings on Österlen, up to ten people live in cozy cottage with sleeping loft, guest house and fireplace - in a quiet location, with large garden and with horses and cows as nearest neighbors. Here is easy to thrive, but otherwise you have bike distance to Christinehof, Alunbruket and Hallamölla - and only a 20 minute drive to nice sea baths in Haväng or Kivik.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

For groups of more than 8 people, we recommend the possibility of renting our second house "Holken", which is located on an adjacent plot to "Sigges". Then 13-15 people can spend time together.
