Visit Black beach and swim from the jetty or eat something good at the cafe. By train from Svarte you will get to Ystad (4 min), Malmö (40 min) or Copenhagen( 60 min)

The house is located in Mossbystrand about 12 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop with good connections is 100 meters away, which will take you all the way to Trelleborg or Ystad. The apartment is 1 km from Hotel Mossbylund

Cabin in Juleboda/Österlen next to Maglehem & sea

Within walking distance is the expansive beautiful beach stretching from Stenshuvud to Åhus. The cottage is a short drive from both Kivik and Åhus. From spring 2025 we have 4 new nice bikes in the cabin that can be used by the guests. Good fishing opportunities are nearby in, among other places. Helge Å. The Ravlunda shooting range military facility is some distance away but it is closed throughout the summer and there is no business going on. In other periods there may be sounds and bangs from shooting exercises.

Hammershusvej 15 is Sandvig's first school from 1855. The building was later used for apprenticeship. 15B is the right half of the house. This half of the house consists of Living room, kitchen bedroom, shower and toilet on the ground floor and a large bedroom on the 1st floor – The stairs up to the first floor are shared with neighbor the apartment 15a.
