The loft was very nicely decorated and just like in the photos. There was everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is super central – and in just about 5 minutes you can walk to the beach. I would also like to highlight Filippo and his team: If you have any questions or concerns, they always responded quickly and helpfully. The place was also very clean. Clear recommendation

Diego was a very pleasant and discreet host.. We felt very comfortable in the apartment for the extended weekend, the two-story apartment is very stylishly furnished and offers plenty of space, a great infrastructure and a beautiful view of the hills of the hinterland !)

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

An incredible home, beautifully designed and restored. Rob and Illonka were both friendly, fun, and very caring for us. They came to help us when we had car trouble and always gave us fantastic recommendations for everything from parking lots to wonderful restaurants. The property is beautiful and so peaceful. There are plenty of towns and cities close by to visit, our favorites being Assisi, Gubbio, and Perugia. A car is a must, and this home has cylindrical stairs, so not good for anyone wobbly on their feet.

Definitely recommend! Sabina and Monica were incredibly helpful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and warm and was in a great location. Thanks for such a great stay!

The apartment is really charming and spacious, very well cared for in the beautician and decor. We found it very clean. We were surprised to find it equipped with everything we could need. Really well above our expectations. The house has a lovely view, in a very quiet and peaceful location. Great base for exploring nearby by car. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms equipped with everything. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for your outstanding hospitality. Final touch. We have a 6-year-old and it was very nice to discover new readings for him, also present in the house and available to guests. We felt right at home.

I recommend everyone stay here. Beautiful house with everything you need for your stay. The lady was super kind, she made us find water and milk in the fridge and a super cake made by her for breakfast. Top-level cleanliness. The area is very quiet, nearby there are supermarkets, bars, pharmacies. Easy to get to the center of Perugia by car. We had a great time as if we were at home. If we were to return to Perugia, I would have no doubt: I would definitely come back here.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could!! We had such a wonderful stay at Tom & Colleen’s place. Their renovation of an historic property is fantastic—lovely rooms with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed, and then some. We really appreciated being able to do a bit of laundry, and also having olive oil and basic spices in the cabinet too! Tom and Colleen also have so much helpful information about the local area—history, day tours, restaurant recommendations, everything. I do recommend having a rental car, but the company they recommended was very affordable and we had a great experience. Truly cannot recommend them enough. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
