Great place to stay & relax and great hosts.

I recommend the villa first and foremost to those who are looking for something special, with a nice idea, character and a great view! It's incredibly exciting to wake up in that environment, drink coffee, see the boats going by.. a lot of holiday feeling. Villa is very nice in the pictures but even more in reality. Great landlord who is very committed, that everything would go smoothly and as good as possible. We felt very welcome! I'm already dreaming when we come back! I hope everything was good even on our end! 💫

The reception and care were very friendly and direct. The five of us enjoyed it very much. The kitchen was equipped with basic equipment so we could cook very well. The bedrooms are extremely cozy. The sauna could be used extensively.

We enjoyed the stay very much and spent a week in the beautiful house, surrounded by nature, water and lovely people! We didn't have a car for the arrival and departure (which would certainly have made it more practical and easier), but the longer walk from the bus stop/ferry was definitely worth it! The location was a dream – a quiet place and lots of nature! For shopping and other excursions, we had bicycles available from the accommodation! Hakan and Natalja were really great hosts! We had a wonderful two nights at Jonas's place! We were able to rent some bikes from him that helped us to adventure into neighboring islands, and we had a great hike and picnic there. The place is perfect, the kitchen outfitted with all we needed for a couple of simple meals. Jonas was responsive, kind and helpful especially in orienting us to the area. A wonderful respite from the city!

We visited Jasmine and Thomas's cottage for the second time. We felt very welcome. We'll be sure to get back to them and recommend it to others!

We are thrilled to have found this gem for our winter getaway with friends in Vaxholm! The location is perfect—conveniently close to the bus, ferry, and with its own parking space, yet wonderfully peaceful. The house exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness and charm. It had plenty of room for everyone and came fully equipped with all the amenities we needed. It truly felt like a home with a soul, making our stay special. Mary-Rose, the host, was incredibly kind and attentive, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring we felt well-prepared for our stay. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and convenient retreat in Vaxholm!

We had 5 amazing days at this magical place! The property is located quietly and peacefully right on the water. For us with small children it was absolutely perfect because everything was on the property: lots of fun things for the kids, its own beach and jetty, sauna and canoes. We picked blueberries and strawberries in the forest next door and made an excursion to Blidö tavern and bistro but otherwise we were fully satisfied with hanging out in this nice place. The house is really fully equipped with most things and tastefully and nicely renovated in top condition with amazing views over the water. We were 6 adult and 3 small children and it still felt spacious. Per-Oscar and Gisela were easy to communicate with and Gisela's mother met us on arrival and showed us around. They were generous in lending both high chairs and toys and allowed us to take advantage of the spice garden and picking strawberries. The place definitely exceeded all of our expectations!

We stayed at this beautiful house in the archipelago for one night with friends, and it exceeded all expectations. The place was even better than the photos, with incredible views to the archipelago and a peaceful atmosphere. The decor was delicate and tasteful, creating a truly lovely space. Communication with Malin was excellent, she was attentive, flexible, and made everything smooth. I highly recommend this place!
