Vacation rentals with beach access in Österåker Municipality

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt um die Ecke vom Wasser und bietet Gelegenheit für schöne Spaziergänge. Es ist ruhig, man ist unbeobachtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, die öffentliche Anbindung an Stockholm ist völlig problemlos. Aber auch mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb von 20-25 Minuten mitten in Stockholm. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht für das tägliche Kochen und Leben und ist unaufgeregt und freundlich eingerichtet. Außerdem sind Henrik und Irma sehr liebenswert und freundlich, sodass man sich gleich wohlfühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Appartement agréable pour quelques jours sur stockholm :) bonne communication pour remise de clé en main propre

Det var en meget positiv oplevelse at bo i Pärs lejlighed i Stockholm. Vi blev taget godt imod af underboen, som gav os en rundvisning og var behjælpelig med spørgsmål. Lejligheden var meget større end vi troede, og virkelig hyggelig. Alt var pænt og rent. Der var sørget godt for os med sengetøj, rene håndklæder, turistbrochurer og en flaske bobler i køleskabet. Vi følte os meget velkomne! Lejligheden ligger meget centralt og i gåafstand til centrum. Der var fred og ro på gaden. Restaurant Lille Capri i stueetagen var et skønt sted, hvor vi spiste 3 gange. Her fik vi super service! Alt i lejligheden var i den skønneste orden, og Pär var hurtig til at svare, hvis vi havde spørgsmål undervejs. Tusind tak til Pär for godt værtskab - vi vil varmt anbefale denne bolig til andre.

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). El alojamiento está muy cómodo, súper bien ubicado, es seguro y Hasse ha sido muy amable y servicial. Estocolmo es una ciudad preciosa hay mucho que hacer, el clima no es limitante, es cuestión de llevar la ropa adecuada 👌🏼 En estas vacaciones fue nuestro destino favorito ❤️

Appartement très bien placé, à 10 minutes à pied du métro, restaurant et magasins d’alimentation. Le métro nous amène en 5 min au centre-ville et à la gare centrale. La proximité du canal offre des possibilités de promenades ou de course à pied entouré des habitants du quartier. Au pied de l’immeuble se trouve un chouette café avec possibilité de se restaurer, que nous pouvons que recommander. L’appartement est spacieux, confortable, conforme à la description. Vincenzo a été très réactif et disponible.

Het was een klein, gezellig, schoon en knus appartement gelegen in een rustige, mooie en groene buurt met vrijstaande huizen. We hebben zelfs een hert zien oversteken. Alles wat je nodig hebt was aanwezig alleen is het niet zo geschikt voor lange mensen gezien de hoogte van 1.90 (gelukkig zijn wij kleiner). Strand, supermarkt en bakker waren op loopafstand. We hebben een keer lekker gegeten in restaurant Bryggan Alsten bij de haven, ook op loopafstand maar iets verder weg. Vervoer naar centrum is snel en gemakkelijk met tram en metro. Het was heerlijk om na het drukke centrum thuis te komen in een rustige, dorpse omgeving. Communicatie met Anki was uitstekend. Het was jammer dat we haar niet ontmoet hebben maar bij vragen reageerde ze meteen. Kortom een aanrader.

Vi kände oss välkomna och som hemma i Spersbodahusen, sköna dagar med varmbad, utflykter, läsning och spelkvällar. Mörkt och ruggigt i december men mysigt med sprakande brasa om kvällarna. Vattnet i kranen är kollat och helt ok men smakar inte som i stan, så ett tips är att ta med flaskvatten att dricka om man är lite petig. Hans var väldigt hjälpsam, frågor besvarades snabbt o vänligt med bra tips. Vi åkte till stämningsfulla Wira bruk och fikade hembakt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

Fantastic house by the sea. Lovely sauna too! The kitchen is also great and fully equipped. Magnus was a great host.

This place is truly stunning and we felt right at home. The hosts are very responsive and welcoming and also rented us a motorboat and provided us maps... We could even harvest some cherries in their garden and also profited from the blueberries on the island... We'll come back.

A truly beautiful place—clean, cozy, and peaceful. If you’re looking to escape the hectic pace of city life and unwind in nature, this is the perfect spot. The jacuzzi is top-quality and adds an extra touch of luxury. Andres and Kristin were incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended!

Bekvämt hus med fin utsikt mot viken. Härlig skärgårdsö med sköna små skogspromenader. Kommer gärna tillbaka.

Die Unterkunft von Malin und Sven ist einzigartig schön! Wunderschöne Lage in Mitten einer traumhaften Natur. Das Anwesen war einfach nur ein Traum, keine Wünsche blieben offen. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 9 Personen, welche sich auf dem Grundstück hervorragend beschäftigen konnten. Gemeinsames Kochen in einer wundervollen Küche, Boule spielen, Kanu fahren oder einfach nur den wundervollen Garten oder die Schärenwelt geniessen. Es war für jeden etwas dabei❤️. Die Kommunikation mit Malin war immer top, sie hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war immer erreichbar. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen! Vielen herzlichen Dank Malin und Sven🥰

We had a wonderful time at Harry's place! The views are spectacular and the pictures don't match the real experience. The house is very cozy and all amenities one could need are there. In particular, our children loved the place and the location on the island. There are numerous spots to hide and to explore, several toys for the sea etc etc. Harry was a very responsive and generous host who helped us with all the little issues that we did come up with. We would certainly love to come back!

Appartement très cosy, une décoration originale et recherchée ! Le logement contient absolument tout ce qu’il faut pour être bien, la vue est incroyable, la literie super confortable. Sara est disponible, accueillante, elle nous a donné toutes les indications nécessaires pour que notre séjour soit impeccable. À recommander sans hésiter si vous voulez du calme, du confort, tout en restant a proximité de la ville.

Je suis restée dans l’appartement pendant 4 mois. Le logement est très bien situé, facile d’accès et très pratique.

Wir wollten in der Stadt wohnen und dennoch im Grünen und ruhig. Genau das haben wir bei Hanna gefunden. Im Sommer muss der große Garten toll sein. Mit dem ÖPNV ist man in weniger als 30 min in der Stadt. Überhaupt ist der ÖPNV in Stockholm fantastisch! Hanna und ihre Mutter sind großartige Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Dejligt sted og flot indrettet med alt, hvad vi havde brug for.

La signora nadja e il signor Thomas sono degli host ottimi, l'appartamento era migliore delle foto con una terrazza con una vista unica, comodo a tutto e ordinato. Super disponibili e gentili entrambi, spero di rivivere un'esperienza cosi.

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.

We had an excellent experience at Egon's apartment. The apartment is in a calm neighborhood outside the city center, but accessible with a train less than 10 minutes away. It is especially convenient when flying in and from Arlanda Airport. There is an inlet with a park to walk around very close by, which we visited. The main house has a beautiful garden, with cherry trees that were blossoming. About Egon, he was very friendly and reachable since the beginning, his instructions were very helpful .

We loved our stay. The apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated. My son especially enjoyed the hot tub. The location is peaceful and a bit off the beaten track, you can even swim right out front (saw sone locals enjoying a swimm) and there is a park just next to it. There are a few good restaurants nearby, and it's about a 15-minute taxi ride to the Old Town. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it.
