You are at 10 minutes walking from Ostend trainstation and all the shops and city center are behind the corner. A welcoming spacious living room with Balcony and glass wall that gives you an unique view over the sea and beach. New Smart TV, free wifi, kitchen , separate toilet, 2 bedroom with access to a terrace at the back of the building. New beds 160cm. Bed and bath linen included.

There is no better place to recharge those batteries and upload your vitamin "sea". Although there is one, you will need no television with this phenomenal view! Our apartment has been recently renovated (04/2022) and offers all you are looking for. It's ideally located on the "zeedijk" or "the dike" on the 7th floor (elevator is present!). Fully and over-equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, 2 bedrooms, an underground parking space,... Hiking trails in the immediate vicinity.

Welcome to FERM HUS We're located in the middle of the city center of Ostend, in a side street of the shopping street "Kapellestraat" & above the shop 'Ferm Homme'. It's surrounded by nice restaurants, bars, shopping area, supermarkets, Casino and our beautiful North Sea of course. Ostend Central Station is located just 5min away. The loft has high speed wireless internet, TV & Netflix and is perfectly located. All the necessary is on site, sheets, towels, coffee, ..

Ontspan en kom tot rust in ons vredig, stijlvol appartementje, het werd heel recent met oog voor detail en hoogwaardige materialen gerenoveerd! Het bevindt zich vijftig stappen van het strand, dichtbij een tramhalte, fietsenverhuur en maar 15 minuten wandelen naar het bruisende stadscentrum! Kortom, de perfecte combinatie voor een rustig verblijf gecombineerd met de mogelijkheid om langs het strand Oostende te gaan verkennen!
