Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Oslo Municipality

Beautiful place with amazing view of Oslo fjord. I decided to choose this place to enjoy the view and Scandinavian atmosphere of the property with friends. And was quite satisfied. The place is very interesting and cozy, and you can look out the window for hours. The owner of Gard is responsive, with a good sense of humor and went to meet us when we needed it. We had a wonderful stay at Victoria’s house in Nittedal! Communication with Victoria was excellent both before and during our vacation. She was very helpful and gave us great tips. The house was perfect for us (2 adults, 2 kids aged 4 and 9). It was super clean, tidy, and beautifully furnished. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was excellently equipped, the living room very cozy, and the bathroom offered both a shower and a lovely bathtub. The location was ideal: about 30 minutes by rental car to both the airport and the center of Oslo. A sledding hill and the Vallingkollen ski area, where you can rent ski equipment, were only 15 minutes away – we had a great time experiencing the Norwegian winter there. Our kids loved it! We also visited the Technology Museum, the Paradox Museum, and the Natural History Museum with the kids – all three are highly recommended. It was such a relaxing and beautiful vacation. Beautiful house, in a quiet area, perfect for a family holiday. Very close to the bus station. Communication with the host was great, Shezana responded quickly to all our needs and allowed us to check in early.

Our stay at Henriette's went very well! The rooms overlook a planted inner courtyard, very nice view and quiet rooms! The apartment is in a great location, close to the tram, 10 minutes by tram from the port! Henriette was responsive to messages and available! We'll be happy to go back!

Live’’s place is clean and beautiful, not too far from Oslo central station, and walkable to most sightseeing spots. She is very helpful when we needed early check in after a long flight, which we are greatly appreciated. We loved the fireplace, specially when it’s winter.

Fantastic location only 7 minute walk to Majorsteua train station and 4 minute to tram. Tons of restaurants and shops . Flat is well laid out and has everything you need for a stay . Host was very responsive . Definitely stay here again

A really beautiful and cosy apartment with great views over Oslo, within walking distance of places of interest and great cafes/restaurants, with public transport links also nearby. It's very clear that Kari-Anne and Inge care greatly about the experience of their guests, and they are always very responsive and happy to help with recommendations.

Mathilde is a marvelous host, competent, knowledgeable, responsive, warm, friendly and fun. The apartment is cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. The neighborhood is an excellent location with lots to do right there plus easy access to the whole city via public transportation. This is one of our very favorite AirBnB’s!!

Endre's house is nice, sunny and quiet. It has a terrace with a beautiful view of Oslo. It was a pleasure to have dinner there. Endre prepared wood for the fireplace. It is really relaxing to sit on the sofa and look at the fire after a long day. The reopened (closed last year) tram stations 11 and 12 are a 5 minute walk.

We really enjoyed our stay here! Arrived late after our flight was delayed but Camilla was easily contactable and getting a taxi to the property was easy and everyone was super happy with the house once we arrived…A little trip to the roof for a moonlit view over the fjords was and Oslo lights was magical and was a great start to our Norway trip - the views from the property in general was a highlight of the whole trip. The property was really well styled and functional - couldn’t have been more happy.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Julie and Christian’s home for 2 weeks. The hosts were very gracious and responsive, providing us with recommendations and always available when we had questions. The house has ample windows with gorgeous natural light. My two kids, 2 and 5 years old, loved the playroom and trampoline, as well as their lush garden. The location on Bygdøy can’t be beat; a stones throw away from trails to take you to the different beaches, the grocery store is very close, as well as the bus stop to take you to the city. And, if you decide to go for a walk at dusk, you might be fortunate enough to cross paths with baby deer or a fox. We’d stay again in a heartbeat. It felt like a home away from home in the best way.

Frode’s place had so much charm. We loved all the outdoor spaces, and the kitchen was a great place to cook. The whole family enjoyed the sauna because we had a lot of rain. Thanks Frode:-)

Ole's home is beautiful, and well equipped, including loads of toys for our kids. The gardens have great spaces for all times of day and, along with the local area, are peaceful and made for an amazing but short stay for our family. Ole was a great host, nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to make us feel at home on arrival. We'll be back in the winter, when the Viking museum has reopened.

This is truly the perfect place for a family holiday or anyone seeking a slice of paradise. We feel incredibly blessed to have created lasting memories here and cannot recommend this place enough.

It was a wonderful 4 days in a cozy and comfortable house with all amenities. I haven't experienced a more friendly and helpful host before. The house is located in the suburbs of Oslo, next to a bus stop and a shop. All photos and description of the house fully correspond to reality. We felt at home and grateful for Anniken's generous hospitality. She was very prompt in answering any questions we had. We will remember this vacation for a long time and hope to come back again, but already in the summer ;)

Frode and Vidar's house is a real gem, conveniently located just a short ferry ride from the center of Oslo, offering breathtaking views of the majestic Fjord. It's a dream setting for anyone who wants to get away while staying close to the city. The interior of the house is perfectly equipped, with all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. In addition, the proximity to shops and public transport makes it as convenient as it is charming. One of the most magical moments of our stay was to be able to admire the Northern Lights right from the living room – an unforgettable sight and a rare privilege. I highly recommend this home for a unique experience in Norway.
