Clean and tidy house. There is nothing missing to feel at home. Warm house upon our arrival. Tiziana is very kind and caring.

It was our first time in Perugia and the stay went great. Paola was very nice and approachable, welcoming us like daughters. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos and equipped with all amenities. Absolutely recommended for those looking for a pleasant stay, slightly away from the chaos of downtown but conveniently connected thanks to the mini-meter, whose stop is right next to the apartment

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! The house is really nice, with attention to detail and very welcoming: you immediately feel at home. The owner is an exquisite person, always kind, helpful and easy-going, which made everything even more enjoyable. The location is simply fantastic, a stone's throw from the lake in a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Tu Casa, Patricia was incredibly welcoming! She was completely accommodating to our arrival and welcomed us with a plate of meats and cheese, as well as plenty of coffee and breakfast supplies. The house itself is wonderful, with wonderful art works everywhere and lovely crooks and corners. It’s very close to the center of town, and all one could need to explore Perugia. Highly recommended!

Fantastic apartment with amazing views! Very convenient location. The host was very helpful . We were very happy here.

Super central apartment. Very good service from Viviana and Luca with some small setbacks I had. The cable car that connects with the train station is just a 5-minute walk away and it takes just as many minutes to get to it. Next to the cable car station, there are escalators that leave you next to the Duomo. A couple of supermarkets nearby and in the center, restaurants everywhere.

The house was clean and comfortable. It is ideally located and very quiet, close to the city center and main amenities. Floriana was very nice and approachable, responding promptly to our needs. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Accommodation equipped with all the necessary amenities, clean, tidy and in a strategic position to quickly reach different places of interest: Perugia, Assisi, Spello, Trevi, Montefalco, Bevagna etc. Highly recommended. I booked this place for my mom and brother, they were excited about both the location and the human aspect of the owners, it was like feeling at home, highly recommended for those who want to carve out a little time to relax and get away from everyday life

This was a wonderful comfortable home to base ourselves for the week whilst we explored Cortona and beyond. It was everything we could have hoped for. Very peaceful with amazing views.

Marco's apartment is a great base for exploring the rest of Umbria. So many beautiful towns nearby: Bevagna, Trevi, Todi, Spello, Spoleto, Assisi... The photos really don't do the apartment justice. The bed was super comfortable, and there were plenty of linens and towels for our 2 week stay. The bathroom is enormous! We enjoyed having cocktails on the front terrace and watching the sunset. The apartment was very easy to find. Marco's family were all very nice and friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

We needed a place for one night and we came across this apartment. Already in the conversations prior to the day of check-in, Valentina was helpful, polite and proactive. Upon arrival, we are greeted by Manuela's mother, who welcomes us in an extremely nice and thorough manner. They made us feel right at home. The apartment is large (even larger than what we needed) and includes every comfort. Small detail that I really liked are the hand-built boats. Very very nice. Overall, definitely recommended also for the location because I discovered that Umbertide is really a beautiful town. Thanks Valentina and Manuela

Had a great time in Serena’s home, it’s very central and perfect for us whilst seeing family in the area. It’s a beautiful flat with lots of space. If you are coming from the UK, just watch the auto translate function from air bnb, as it sent us confusing messages. But they were completely clear in Italian (and using google translate!)

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, large garden, beautiful sunset views of the olive trees. Very nice apartment, recently renovated, functional and quiet. Rossano is extremely friendly, provided us with many explanations about nearby hikes. It also produces its own wine and olive oil of very good quality. Thanks

Antonello's apartment is very convenient for visiting Perugia on foot, being a short walk from the historic center of the city. From here you can also visit the other areas in a short time by car. Antonello is very friendly and professional and we felt comfortable in his home. Since we are also hosts in Venice, we shared information and issues related to our work; advice is always welcome. We will definitely be back.
