Please leave the batteries in our delicious cottage in the middle of the beautiful healthy sand Alps. This cabin has a unique location close to water, river, mountains and fjords. If you want to walk one of the countless beautiful mountain hikes in the area, fish salmon in the Bondalsel river, swim in the fjord after sweating in the sauna on Sæbø, paddle, bike, go cross country skiing, randonee, just dull by the fire pit or enjoy the view in the cabin wall, then this is the place for you. The area is just as nice all year. 10 min drive to Sæbø, and 15 min. to Ørsta or Volda.

Welcome to Meisbu - in the heart of Sunnmørsalpane! The cabin was listed for Christmas 2023 and is nicely located with mountain and water views. Here they are close to nature with a short distance to both ski tracks, ski trips and cross country tracks in the winter, and mountain hikes and swimming/fishing in the summer. The cabin can also be base for exploring the region, with a short distance to the Art Nouveau city of Ålesund, beautiful Geiranger or the bird mountain at Runde. Bring family and friends to a cozy cabin halls in the home hospital surroundings.

Comfort with panoramic views

Quiet area with great views to Ørstafjella, and access to the garden with hens, sheep, calves and horses at the disposal of the guest. We also have a boat for rent in Ørstafjorden. Great hiking area just behind the cottage, with an old paved road set up by around 1,000 rather large people in the 19th century. We are also in the middle of attractions like Geiranger, Loen and Olden, and Runde with the bird mountain. Also Jugendbyen Ålesund is 1.5 hrs away. In Fosnavågen, we have Sunnmørsbadet water park, 45 minutes away if the day is gray...

4-bedroom cottage in the heart of the Sunnmøre Alps

Cozy, modern 70 sqm cabin located on beautiful Standalseide, right by the fine Hjørundfjorden Lovely year-round hiking terrain just outside the door. Cabin was completed December 2018. Four bedrooms with duvets and pillows for up to 7 people (sleeps 8) Please take your own bed linen and towels. Parkeings space for 4 cars summer time. The road up the cabin area should be paved - any clearing into the cabin must be agreed upon and leads to an additional cost. In case of extreme snow, a car must be parked by the main road (about 150 meters)

Cabin on Fjellsetra, Sykkylven

Spacious cabin with a great view, with hiking terrain right outside the door. The cabin is located near the ski resort (ski-in/ski-out) and nice groomed cross country ski tracks and light rail are just nearby. The area otherwise has great hiking opportunities on foot. Fjellsetra is a good starting point for many nice hikes in both summer and winter. It is also a good starting point for a day trip to Geiranger and Ålesund. In the summer you can also fish in Nysætervatnet (must buy fishing license).

Apartment under the Sunnmøre Alps!

Welcome to Brunstad, midway between Sunnmørsalpene! The apartment is a great starting point for mountain hiking both on foot in the summer/fall and in winter/spring. It is also a short distance to Ålesund (about 1 hour drive) and famous areas such as Geiranger, Hellesylt, Norangsdalen, Valldal and Trollstigen. In winter, two different ski resorts will find just 15 minutes away from the apartment; “Sunnmørsalpane Skiarena Fjellsætra” and “Strandafjellet Skisenter”.

Close to downhill ski fields, cross country ski tracks right outside the veranda door (ski-in/ski-out), and endless hiking opportunities. The apartment fits 6 people and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with lake and mountain views. Towels and bed linen included.
