Very clean, tastefully decorated. Nice landlady. Area very nice and quiet. Lots of mosquitoes that can be expelled with mosquito spray and candles! Windows had all the mosquito nets, which was great. It had some bikes, unfortunately partly in poor condition. Initially the village helpful gas station that offers bicycle service. The long sandy beach almost empty at the end of October, beach cafe still open, pizzeria original and very delicious. We had a great stay!

The house was very nicely furnished with comfortable couch and beds. The host was very responsive and addressed any of our needs. The house is remote from town so a car is needed.

Since our arrival, we were greeted with great kindness by Judith, who made our stay even more pleasant. The house is a real gem, full of light that fills your eyes and heart. The huge windows let the sun in, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in every room. The furnishings and decorative objects are simply wonderful, with details that make every corner unique and fascinating. I stayed the first week of September and I felt very good. The terrace has a beautiful sea view where I can admire the beautiful sunsets. Davide was very kind, welcomed us in person and gave us tips on some activities to do nearby and for the main places to visit. I recommend staying in this small apartment if you want to have a relaxing vacation.

We stayed in this house for a week, impeccable hospitality, clean room and they already made us find several things such as local products, juice water, etc. Nothing is missing in the house and what is there works perfectly. The things that have been most appreciated are the parking in the building space and the extreme proximity to everything you need (sea, evening outings,shops as well as a very short drive you can immediately find yourself on the SS Tirrena). Antonio is an impeccable host who was responsive in a record time in resolving an issue (caused by me). Nothingelseto say, I highlyrecommend it.

Filomena's place is perfect for us traveling with our dogs (and a cat!). Simple but clean, very functional, the extra garden is fenced for the safety of our dogs. Filomena is very nice and friendly, she left us everything for breakfast and also to cook a pasta in the evening. The house is close to the highway entrance, very comfortable for us who were passing through. I confirm that the fence borders the state road but we had no problems and even the noises are minimal. We will definitely be back! Thank you.

Excellent location once you find it. We had a little trouble but no worries, the views are stunning. The home is adequately equipped, clean and modern. The train runs close by and takes a while to get used to. The beach is great and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys. The location is central to nice towns, shopping and restaurants. If you can get to restaurant Vecchio Frantoio in Diamante it’s well worth it. Valerio and Laura are excellent hosts. You won’t be disappointed.

Everything is excellent from the location to the cleanliness of the same. Everything in the right place... Antonio and his father are very prompt and friendly people at the same time. I'll be back.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming family country villa in Sangineto Lido. From a warm welcome by Nicola and Alessandro's parents to the breathtaking view of the sea and mountains, our experience was awsome. Any queries we had were promptly and courteously addressed, reflecting the genuine care and dedication this family has for their own property. It's evident that the hosts have poured their hearts into maintaining this villa, as every corner exudes a sense of warmth and attention to detail. I could go into the specifics but suffice it to say that, as a frequent traveler, this place easily ranks among the most memorable and endearing accommodations I've come across.
