Incredible welcome from Monique at her accommodation, an exclusive and pleasantly surprising experience. The house is located in a residential development with good views towards Alicante and the Mediterranean Sea, with easy street parking. It has all the luxury details to spend a stay with all the amenities, it should be noted how clean and tidy everything was. Without a doubt, Monique makes everything work so that your stay there leaves you with a good memory. I will definitely go again when I go to Alicante.

Very close to San Juan beach, almost direct access to the beach from the area. The area is locked with gates from the public. The pool is continuously maintained, is not heated and was a bit cold at the beginning of May. Large 3 bedroom apartment that provided privacy. Good balcony with nice views of the sea and pool. The kitchen useable but could use an update on utensils. Ok with restaurants and shopping inside under 1 km. Affordable distance to Alicante city with several connections. Would like to recommend!

As in the photos, the qualities of the first place and very well located, the beach 5 minutes away with places to have breakfast and a walk, very easy to park, we felt very comfortable

Communication went well. We only booked two days in advance and everything was put right in time. Correct info about the accommodation Quiet surroundings and easily accessible. The roof terrace was wonderful !

We had a lovely stay. Everything was as advertised. Close to the sea and on bus route, we travelled into Alicante and Santa Pola easily. It was quiet because we visited out of season but we found plenty of places to eat. Owner very pleasant and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay x

We have just returned from Sara's flat after a month's stay. Her flat is well-equipped for such a long period, and we felt very comfortable there. Sara is, as others have described, a caring, responsible host who was attentive during our stay without being intrusive. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk to an excellent promenade and a local grocery shop that seems to stock everything. We can highly recommend both Sara and her flat to future users and would certainly stay again. Many thanks, indeed!

We spent 10 days at Rosa's house during the winter break of 2025. 2 adults and 4 children. The house is very friendly to family with children, there is everything you need to have a good time, cook and relax. Nice location close to the park and 2 min from the beach in a quiet area. Close to supermarket. Rosa was very helpful and kind. She always responded quickly to our requests. Great home and location highly recommend.

I booked this place for myself and friends and we had the best time. The villa was beautiful, very spacious. There was also a shared pool however we had the pool to ourselves which was nice. Super close to restaurants and bars. The beach was a 5 minute walk and a shop was 2 minutes walk, so very convenient!! Would definitely recommend and would book again!

My Wife and I headed out to Emilio's at the end of January. we were booked until mid April. As we do a lot of cooking, we felt there was a few pieces of kitchen equipment we could have done with. Emilio told us to go to a local shop, buy what we needed and he refunded us, Fantastic!! Unfortunately, I fell ill three weeks in and had to get home for medical treatment urgently. Once again Emilio was supportive and understanding, it certainly made a very stressful time so much easier. all that aside, the location was great, local bars and restaurants very good, especially the Indian restaurant near by. I would definitely recommend this place and Emilio could not have been more helpful. when we first arrived, he was there to greet us and show us around. The location is good with an excellent bus service to adjoining towns.

perfect location, not too noisy (as it was in the city center) but still close to the beaches, the port and restaurants the only inconvenience was no wi fi, but it was mentioned in the offer, hope the owner will think about it in the future totally 5 stars 🌟

Had a wonderful stay here, Rosa was super helpful and lovely and gave us some great recommendations. The apartment was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Beach was very nice, and the food at the local restaurants was very yummy.

The apartment is beautiful and very practically furnished. In addition, it remained pleasantly cool (at the end of May). Francisco was always available and greeted us in person on the evening of our check-in and said goodbye on the penultimate day. There are beautiful beaches and great excursion destinations in the area (Alicante, Flamingos, Salt Museum, Santa Pola, Tabarca and much more). The fenced pool of the complex has a children's pool next to the swimming pool, which is shallow enough for younger children. Very clear recommendation, even with children!

The apartment is perfect, small but with many details and everything you need for your stay. Great BBQ area. The only negative thing is that these high season months you can't access the slide pool because the camping is complete. Gabriela's attention super well, always ready to help, she responded very quickly. We were even able to check out in the afternoon. In general, recommendable.
