Monthly Rentals in Orient Bay

Julie and Fred are the consummate hosts. Friendly and timely communication before, during, and through checkout. The apartment is homey and welcoming. It was our third stay in the same apartment…that says it all. If you want to feel like you have a friend in St. Martin that has a place for you to stay, Julie is your host.

Steps from the beach, steps from the bars, steps from the best restaurants. What else could you ask for? This ground-floor apartment is super aesthetic, spacious, and had a private backyard area. I briefly considered moving in and forwarding my mail.

Everything was great. Location is a short and pleasant walk to the beach, a great little place for breakfast and lunch, and several dinner spots. Isabelle was a great hostess. She was always responsive and was able to accommodate me on some scheduling issues. As advertised, the place is an efficiency, and not very big… but that worked out fine for my purposes. It was well-stocked with utensils and modern amenities. The covered porch is a lovely place to hang out. It’s close enough to the beach that you can hear the ocean. I’ll try to stay there again when I return.

My wife and I booked this for our honeymoon, we stayed for 8 days. The AirBnB was perfectly located, with easy parking, access to the beach, quiet and friendly neighborhood, and a 2-minute walk to Orient Village with many restaurants, cafes, and groceries. Orient Bay Beach was beautiful and the inclusion of two beach chairs and umbrella was very helpful for avoiding paying for chairs and umbrellas at the beach (usually ranging from $10-40, per day) and it gave flexibility for visiting multiple beaches in a day around the island (Our favorite was Mullet Bay - with Friar's bay being very nice for when its windy at Orient- make sure to stop by Gutside for some great food too!) The hosts were very responsive and communicative for anything we needed! This was the perfect accommodation and I highly recommend booking this if it is available!
