Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

Absolutely beautiful apartment, spread across 2 floors. The attention to detail was amazing - lovely design, comfortable mattress and pretty rooms. Check-in extremely easy.

A super cute place to stay in Martina Franca, which looks as described in the pictures. The balcony was very inviting, especially in the evening hours, to end the evening with the sunset. Amenities in the kitchen and bathroom were complete and tiptop. The many towels and the possibility of washing them, as well as other clothes, at any time were pleasant. A fairly large supermarket with a fresh counter is also accessible in just 3 minutes by car. The central location of the apartment also allows a very quick access to restaurants, with a maximum of 10 min. Walking distance to the most distant restaurant. Generally, however, only 3-4 minutes. Sea and other attractions, such as Alberobello or Ostuni, are also easily accessible by car. In summary, a great accommodation that you can only recommend.

Wonderful stay! Ilario met us in the street to make sure we were parked in the right spot. He took us in and explained the construction of the home, which was very interesting. He provided us with a map and recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Great location. Walkable to many of the sites and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

This small traditional "house" is located in the heart of the old town, a few steps in the alleys and you leave the hustle and bustle for this small quiet and very pleasant corner. The beach is 2 steps away... Madia took care to share her good addresses for foccacia or breakfast delights. Thanks again to her for this beautiful stay.

Very nice neighborhood. Parking 300 meters from the Port at 3 euro per day. Beautiful view. There are 3 floors inside and several steps to climb. Notice to people who have knee problems.

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

Really enjoyed staying at Stefano‘s stylish villa in the middle of an olive plantation. So peaceful and perfect to relax with the beautiful pool to refresh and a brand new kitchen to cook meals from fresh local ingredients. There really wasn’t anything we’d missed and we can fully recommend this place.

What an amazing place. We had a four night stay in this beautiful Trulli and loved every minute. We walked and rode bikes into the town, enjoying the amazing scenery. Loved the peace and quiet but loved the fact we could reach the bars and restaurants without using the car. The Trulli was beautiful and we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and relaxing. A perfect holiday and we will definitely come back soon. Thank you so much to our amazing hosts

The Villa is beautiful, well appointed and perfectly maintained. If offers great privacy and the setting is gorgeous inside and outside. The outdoor space offers so much and is beautiful. You will not be disappointed. And the people that work there to maintain the property are exceptional. Special shout out and thank you to Daniela , would was Spectacular! She made the Villa shine all the more. And Imma, the chef , I highly recommend.

Just WOWWWWW!! Everythings were a 10/10/10 and extra!! Paolo and his family were extremely nice and a super host! No one can top up this villa for real!! It was one of our best stay :) Totally recommend!! all the facilities provided was beyond your expectations. Even the villa is 3 years old, but it felt like brand new. They look after it so so well. They just treat us like we are part of their families and friends, thank you so much guys. If you think that the pictures are nice, wait to see the real things!! interior and exterior, and the history of the house. My oh my, we just love Trulli Terra Viva, and definitely come back again!

Trullo Silentio is a magnificent property, we spent beautiful days in absolute peace and quiet. Valentina is an impeccable host, always ready for any eventuality and I take this opportunity to thank her again for helping us in every situation. The trullo has been renovated with extreme care and taste and both the interior and exterior spaces are perfect for fully enjoying a perfect vacation. Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I've ever visited...thank you!

Wonderful trullo surrounded by olive groves! Very tastefully decorated house. Huge, beautifully designed property and with a nice little pool for cooling off. The landlady and our co-host Salvatore took great care of us.

The home was beautiful and looked just like the pictures. The true winner was the outside space. Lots of areas to sit and relax and a gorgeous pool area. The area is quite private but a quick 10 minute drive into town that is loaded with shops, restaurants, bars, you name it. Ostuni was a perfect home base as we were easily able to travel to area towns and sites of interest. Within 1.5 hours there are numerous options but you could also fill your time right in the Ostuni area. We had an amazing week here on a trip to celebrate our daughter's med school graduation and could have stayed longer. Will definitely return to Ostuni and would stay at Luigi's place again without hesitation.

We stayed with G. in the preseason. The facility is beautiful and invites you to stay. The pool is great and there are lots of niches to relax. San Pietro alone in bevagna is not the great place. Although not far away down the coast to Gallipoli are beautiful places and nature reserves. And Taranto is also worth a trip. Giovanna speaks fluent German and was great in contact.

We had a wonderful stay at Riccardo’s trullo. He was incredibly responsive and helpful from the very start, making everything easy and stress-free. The property was thoughtfully stocked with a list of local restaurants, bars, and places to visit, along with some games to enjoy — a really nice touch. He also provided us with two travel cots, which was a huge help for our family. The trullo itself was beautiful and had that classic charm, while staying pleasantly cool even during the hot weather. The location was peaceful and private — perfect for relaxing and enjoying walks in the surrounding area. A car is definitely necessary to get around, but everything felt very accessible. The pool was ideal for the kids and the house had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We’d definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape in a unique and charming setting. Thank you, Riccardo!

We stayed a week at this fantastic property. Despite very late arrival, Arcangelo and Jerome warmly welcomed us and took the time to show us everything. The trullo is well equipped and you will find everything you need. It was clean and tidy. You live the local lifestyle and the modern property blends wonderfully with it. The pool is wonderful to cool off regularly in the hot temperatures. It is nicely quiet and you can relax. A car is a must, supermarket etc. are approx. 10-15 minutes by car. Arcangelo and Jerome were both present during our time and always available for a casual conversation. Without being intrusive. We will be happy to come back!

We fell in love with the trulli right away. Beautifully restored and equipped with all the comforts. I liked using the small kitchen. Everything needed was on site. The surroundings and the pool invite you to relax. The hostess Chiara was very nice and we thank her mother for the muffin surprise. We also enjoyed talking to Maurice. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Lovely place, short walk to the centre but away from the crowds. Peaceful, well designed, modern and clean.

Words aren’t adequate to describe this magnificent villa set in groves of oranges and olives. It is so peaceful with plenty of outside decks and spaces. The host has thought of so many ways to ensure his guests are comfortable and enjoy their stay. His information about restaurants, things to do, and places to see was so helpful. The location is perfect for easy access to roads that take you to nearby sights and villages. We are adventurers and he was able to provide us with much useful advice and direction. We loved this place!

This amazing Trullo experience was one of the highlights of our trip to Puglia.. the surrondings were beautiful and the trullo was exactly what we saw in the pictures. We would stay there for a week if we could ! My only recommendation is to bring some food along so you can cook there and enhjoy the place, a bottle of Italian red wine (of course) would also bring some charm to the experience. LOVED it !

Fantastico! Unfortunately, it was a bit cold, but nevertheless we enjoyed the pajara, the terrace and the surroundings. What a great place to wake up to. You have everything you need, and therefore come all the way to relaxation. Further close to all necessary amenities. Be sure to come back!
