Andrea is an excellent host and the accommodation was top-notch. Dogs were allowed and well-catered for, which was a deal-breaker for my father and his constant companion! Everything we needed was there, and it was lovely to relax in the sunny living room with a view of the river.

My first visit to Hobart, and I’m glad I chose Brian’s accommodation. Besides being in a great location, easy to get anywhere, the place is amazing clean with a lot of facilities giving you the comfort of a home. Brian is a great host, very flexible and accommodating and tries everything he can to make your stay an amazing one! Looking forward to visiting again.

We have the pleasure staying at this beautiful home in Hobart and I couldn’t be more impressed. The host Tom and Cate were very responsive and communicated with me before my arrival and also during my stay. From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The house is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything we need. The bedroom slippers were very thoughtful. Thank you for the generous refreshment, and beverages. The hosts were incredibly friendly and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The location is ideal, close to many restaurants, and attractions. It was the perfect base for exploring Hobart and nearby attractions like Salamaca market which open only on Saturday and Mount Wellington. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and the living areas felt warm and inviting—truly a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hobart. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

We absolutely adored our stay at this charming garden cottage in Glebe. It’s the perfect blend of cozy and quaint, with beautiful touches that made us feel instantly at home. Nestled in a quiet, leafy spot yet close to all the best Hobart has to offer, it was a peaceful and warm retreat after days of exploring. Our host was incredibly welcoming—sharing fascinating local history and giving us great recommendations for places to eat, shop, and explore. We especially loved hearing about the cottage’s past and how lovingly it’s been maintained. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and heartfelt Tasmanian experience. Thank you!

There were three generations staying in this lovely cottage. Everybody had a spacious room. The cottage was very well equipped with spare pillows, blankets, kitchen appliances (incl microwave) and extra condiments, coffee of all kinds etc. I walked every morning in the area, very peaceful and lots of flowers in the gardens. Great park just 2 blocks away. 10 min walk to the main street with shops and cafes. 10 min by car to CBD and really EASY drive via HWY... It is a central location for travelling further out of Hobart. There was a collection of books and enormous collection of DVDs. We had a great time and I would stay there again.

A fantastic dog friendly place to stay! Ris was very communicative and friendly. Check in easy. the house was quiet, cosy. and comfortable. Excellent location, 10 mins from the city, 5 mins from shopping centre, lots of restaurants and cafes and only a 2 min drive/5 minute walk to an amazing dog park if you have your pup with you. All in all a great stay. Thank you!

If I could have given Mandala 10 stars I would have. The house is beautifully located and the surrounds are natural and peaceful. There is a walking track right across the street that is gorgeous. Wina’s house is charming spacious and warm- it encourages the gathering of loved ones, the creation of beautiful food, conversations,laughter and love. We loved the games shed and the grass with benches for our Finska competitions. The kids loved the playhouse. Every single one of us had a wonderful time and loved the house. Thanks Wina!

Fabulous spot to relax and a great base to explore Bruny from. Liz provides a welcoming, homely space with an amazing garden full of wildlife and spots to sit and enjoy the serenity. Her home is well equipped and she provides little extras (i.e. pantry items, games, books) which add to the 'at home' feel. Easy walks straight from the door, especially with your furry friend! Thanks Liz, we hope to be back again soon!

We enjoyed the house and area for an extended family trip. Lots of room and activities at the house. Kids loved the painting spot, and the short walk to fish off the jetty. Some nice foreshore walks, with a well formed track to Verona Sands. Thanks

The house was well set out, clean and very welcoming. Loved the outdoor fireplace. Had all the essentials in the kitchen. Would gladly stay there again. beautiful place.

Can highly recommend! Honni is a fantastic host and the beach house really has everything you need. The view (both directions) is just incredible. It was clean, tidy and well presented. The weather was cold and raining at times but the fire was lovely and cosy. An amazing place to stay!

Great location for family or friends to get together. Literally walk out the door onto a beautiful beach. Plenty of outdoor amenities available incl swimming pool, tennis, basketball hoop, billiards, kayaks etc. Quiet and peaceful area, but close to airport and to Hobart so very convenient. Great communication from Julie in advance who also met us on arrival and showed us in. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was great. The location next to the river was beautiful. The cottage contained everything we could wish for and was very comfortable.

The stay was exactly what we wanted, cosy apartment for two with a bedroom each. The kitchen was everything we needed and extremely functional. The passcode entry was perfect as we didn’t need to worry about forgetting keys or making sure someone was always there when the other was out. Jodi and Lindsay were extremely responsive and conversations always felt personal as they were invested in why we travelled to Tasmania.

Perfection. Attention to detail- even in the kitchen…we had all the dishes and utensils necessary to cook like a chef at the house! There are even pantry items there- so check on that before running to the grocery store in town because we bought doubles in some things. I’m sure the selections in the pantry will vary. In addition, there may be garden produce ready for the picking!! Make sure and check with the host first- that will be seasonal, I’m sure. Beds are comfortable, showers have hot water, tub with jets is helpful after a day of sight-seeing. As owner notes, it isn’t hot, just warm…but it was still a good experience. Decks overlook bay/ocean- you get to witness the changing colors of the Hazards throughout the day standing over the bay. And if you are wondering- we saw amazing Aurora lights out over the water! Windows everywhere! Just incredible’views- there are no words. And you boy minutes from Swansea. Host has a book with restaurant suggestions. Grocery.❤️

Jodi's apartment is at the best location, vrry close to a great cafe, grocery stores, bus stop and moonah shops. Best thing is private car parking which is hard to find with other air bnb places. You can view beautiful mount Wellington from the bedrooms, and living room gets cozy by sunshine during the day. Jodi was kind enough to give us quick tour of the house on checking-in, and also let us stay an extra hour before checking out. Thank you Jodi for letting us stay at your lovely place.

Fantastic place to stay. pool is great. having a complimentary car is the best seats 8! perfect for my large family.
