Charming cottage for this former seventeenth century windmill tastefully restored, built on a large fenced garden and decorated with a shaded terrace. In the building, you will find the entrance-kitchen on the ground floor (including, among other things, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, gas stove, Senseo coffee machine). On the first floor, a nice living room (large screen TV and sofa bed), then a master bedroom on the second floor, with toilet and shower space.

Country house with fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, sofa bed in the living room. A terrace and garden are available as well as two parking spaces.

Our cave house is located on the edge of Loches, with a great view of the castle, a private terrace and a barbecue; it can accommodate a couple and possibly two children. Very close to the city center, you can leave your car in the small private parking lot and do everything on foot (10 minutes from the city center). You can also discover magnificent sites: Amboise, Chenonceau, Beauval Zoo, Montrésor… We offer, when we can, breakfast on the 1st day.

It's great for relaxing in the countryside (2km from the village). You can also enjoy a private outdoor spa (€25 per 1-hour session to be booked) for adults only. Your four-legged companion, necessarily kept on a leash, is welcome. A second gite for 2 people, La Parenthèse, is also available.

The Cave of Moulin de la Motte Baudoin

Welcome to the Grotte du Moulin! This natural loft is recessed in a limestone mound and will surprise you with its transparency. It consists of a large kitchen open to the living room and a bedroom with bathroom separated by a sliding garage door. In the bedroom, you have a double bed (160 cm) and in the living room a single bed (90 cm) with a non convertible sofa that can be used as a small single bed.

The house and flat attached are perched on elevated grounds with a very beautiful view of the valley. The property is set amongst vineyards and forest above and a park below it.
