Michela was a fantastic host. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible. From restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc., she put together a great handbook. Everything just like in the description - we especially enjoyed the lower couch lounge, as well as the small beach right in front of the house. The kitchens are also equipped with everything you need. The street we are open to Michaela communicates a little loud but didn't bother us any further. For strong coffee users, I recommend taking a Bialetti or the like. Otherwise, there are capsule coffee machines. Alina was extremely helpful and always willing to help. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was very clean. We would definitely recommend it and looking forward to staying here again in the future.

I had the pleasure of staying in a really great apartment. From the entrance, the atmosphere is welcoming and attention to detail. The modern decor blends perfectly with stylish design touches, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, perfect for those who love to cook even on vacation. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds that guarantee a refreshing sleep. The bathroom is also modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities, with a spacious shower and soft towels. One of the highlights is the location: the apartment is located in a quiet area but at the same time close to the main points of interest, with supermarkets, restaurants and public transport easily accessible on foot. The owner was extremely helpful, ready to respond to our every request and to provide useful tips about the area.

Even more beautiful than the photos - this house is a dream. The scenery is unreal and waking up to such peaceful views is a gift in this life. The house itself is really nicely laid out with spacious rooms and bathrooms all set apart from each other for maximum privacy. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival. We were two families who spent 4 days here with 4 children and we cooked Thanksgiving dinner. The house had all we needed to make a large meal and the children were entertained running around in the yard and exploring outside. The host, Janusz, is friendly, communicative, and proactive. 10/10 this house was absolutely beautiful- an unforgettable Thanksgiving for all of us.

We stayed at the house one night to go the next day from albus alpaca, the location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the farm, and about thirty minutes from Montalcino. Upon our arrival we found the heaters on and we had a great time despite the cold outside, the house was clean and kept in perfect condition. Simonetta was kind and helpful, I would go back

Fantastic stay for two people with breathtaking views and direct access to the sea. Donatella is very helpful as a host and will be able to give you useful tips on Porto Santo Stefano and coves in the area. Highly recommended!

Cute Little cabin in lovely garden setting. Great views over the water. Private and easy walking distance to the port and restaurants.

Nice old farm house! Paolo was very friendly, even though our Italian is not too good. Note that Google knows "Agriturismo Pian di Maggio", so navigate there! The house has no house number, so searching for the listed address gets you to the correct (but long and mostly uninhibited) road ;)
