House vacation rentals in Orani

Nicola was very friendly, helpful and always responded within a very short time. He is super organised. We were given a great PowerPoint with lots of helpful information. We (2 adults and 1 dog) were warmly welcomed. the house is perfect for dogs, the garden is very large and completely fenced in. My dog even got a welcome present, so lovely! The surrounding area is great, very quiet and safe. there are several small beaches nearby (within walking distance) (you feel like you're on a private beach) and a hill with beautiful rock formations, definitely worth a trip. There are few cars and wide roads, we could always let our dog run free. In Sardinia everyone is very dog friendly, we were able to take our dog to the big beaches and also to the grocery shops. We rented a car which is highly recommended and also cheap. Large shops and great towns can be reached by car within 10 minutes Nicola, thank you so much for everything, it was the best holydays ever!

Camilla is a great hostess. The house is super new, bathroom nice and the pool has a nice size. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Nearby beaches are super nice. Everything was really great. Thanks, Camilla

Lovely Villa, classy interior with great kitchen/living area. Pool was great but we were there at end of season (end of Oct) for using pool so was a little cold as we expected. Garden was very cute and had a great herb garden. Local town was great with good local amenities. All in, fantastic villa in good location to explore the NE and E of Sardinia.

Antonio's place is definitely one of the most beautiful we've ever had! Everything was right from the front to the back. The cottage is very clean and you can find everything you could ever need, we really didn't miss anything :) The location is fantastic! Antonio is very attentive and hospitable, some treats and drinks were waiting for us on arrival. We really enjoyed the time and would come back any time! Thank you 🤗

Daniele is a great host, always there to help. We had a wonderful time in the house with all services provided (bbq, swimming pool, airco). The views are incredible, especially during the sunset.

This villa was such a find! Even nicer than the photos, in a lovely quiet spot but very accessible. Less than 10 minutes drive to characterful San Teodoro and several idyllic beaches, with amazing views of mountains or sea in every direction. Even at the end of April it was warm and sunny enough to swim in the pool/sea (for a Brit anyway!) and not at all busy on the beaches. The house was well-equipped, with comfortable beds and two good-sized modern bathrooms. We enjoyed the luxury of the pool, which was really well maintained. Luca was a great host who communicated everything we needed to know before our stay and always responded quickly to any enquiries. Thank you so much. Sardinia is beautiful - we don’t normally stay anywhere more than once but might be tempted back here!

We felt very comfortable in the complex. If we had any questions or needed anything, Paola responded immediately and arranged everything in a flash! Although the pool is only filled at the beginning of April, Paola made sure that we had it available in March. The beach and the pine forest in front of it are very nice! The house is in a great spot and you have absolute privacy. Everything you need is here. Only the corkscrew was not great, the rest was very good.

La Tourmaline is a beautiful home. The landscape is amazing, beautiful sea views, it's a nice place to stay and it's extremely quiet, only the birdsong woke us up. Accommodation to recommend to those looking for tranquility and beautiful scenery, while being close to the center of the village by car. Lots of good restaurants around the area and beautiful beaches. The car is necessary to get around. We loved our stay and were sad to have to leave! Thanks for everything to Alessandra who is a very friendly host and who had planned some much appreciated food to start our stay.

This was a perfect rustic guest house in a gorgeous valley. The host was helpful and gracious.

It is a great place to stay, close to the beach, supermarket, and shops. Always very quiet, the air conditioner works properly, private parking. Massimo and Anna will support you whenever you need them. The only downside is the lack of an internet connection.

Virginia is an extremely helpful and friendly host! The vacation home is 100% as described in the photos and texts. It is very central, not quiet but not so that it bothered us. The roof terrace is great, we will miss it! Mega ice cream parlor, I claim the best ice cream I've ever eaten. Delicious pizzeria 1 minute walking distance, as well as a small supermarket next door. Great wine bar also 1 minute walk. Small bakery, pharmacy, cheese shop and also a butcher as well as 2…3.. other shops in the village and within walking distance. Baunei is great. The vacation home is great. The vacation was a pleasure. Beach, hiking, people, land, sea… Highly recommended! All the best to you Virginia and also to Angela 😀 and all the helpers 😉

Very nice apartment in a great location. You can quickly reach the mountains and quickly reach the sea. Lots of grocery shopping within walking distance as well as bars and restaurants. Marco is very responsive as a host and quickly accessible. On request, he brought us a sun lounger and let us into the apartment earlier and we could also postpone our departure because of the ferry. Apartment is very comfortable. Great views with wonderful sunrise from the bedroom. Kitchen is sufficient for breakfast and smaller dishes. The car is parked safely on private property.

We had a lovely time! It was a great place to explore the surrounding area! Would recommend!

Perfect appartment with a great pool and nice beaches around Also ideal for families

We spent 2 weeks with our two toddlers in the semi-detached house and enjoyed our time very much. The large terrace overlooking the pine forest and warm outdoor shower were our highlight. Overall, it was very quiet in the residential area with nice neighbors next door. The two beds under the roof can be reached via a steep staircase with railings. The kitchen is well equipped. The dishwasher was great. The screens in front of all doors & windows are great. So we could sleep cool at night. The nearby beach was mostly covered in seagrass in October. But still beautiful for walks and great views. Marco was always easily accessible and very helpful. The dear cleaning lady still provided us with toys. There was a sun umbrella and extra bath towels. We were allowed to stay longer on the departure day because of the late return flight. Thank you again for this! We keep our Sardinia vacation in the best memory!

The place was overall nice and clean, with good basic comfort and matches the pictures. A highlight was the many terraces. The host was always available and responded immediately. Access to the house is via an unpaved road. The house is idyllically located, surrounded by trees and bushes, which accordingly also brings mosquitoes, which did not bother us thanks to insect protection.

This is an historic house with all of the modern conveniences. It is located very centrally in a beautiful mountain town with good access to hiking and the ocean. The owner was very helpful and generous when we had some difficulties. We were there off-season and were the first guests of the year, so there were a few kinks to work out, but at all worked out well. We will definitely return on our next visit.

Perfect for our group of 9 , we could walk to the beach, and there were fabulous restaurants a short drive away. With 2 large terraces plus a rooftop terrace, we spent most of our time outside. The laundry room and 4 th bathroom (3/4) were really handy.

Very nice house, well-equipped, on a quiet street with a nice garden. Authentic village, located both close to great beaches but also to the mountainous hinterland. Multiple explorations much appreciated! Ivana is very responsive and available. We loved everything!

We stayed with our three children aged 3 to 6 for two weeks in this great house. The garden is extremely spacious and great for the children to play, also since it is completely fenced. The trees and bushes are cleverly distributed, so there is plenty of shade at all times. We didn't hear from the residents on the first floor during our stay. The sea is within walking distance for adults and with children in less than 5 minutes by car. Parking is available almost everywhere in this area and free of charge. The team at All4Sardinia was super nice, always available and also informed us about current events in the area.

Even though we only spent two nights at the Airbnb, we had a wonderful stay! We liked the Airbnb very much, everything as described and the garden was especially nice! In April, we had the beach almost to ourselves. Swimming was even possible, so feel free to bring beach towels. There are no restaurants within walking distance in the low season, but we were able to cook very well in the kitchen. We will be happy to come back!

Our welcome was very warm and made us feel at home straight away. The house was amazing and the beautiful courtyard was a joy. Thank you Giuseppe for your great welcome and I can’t recommend this highly enough.
