This beautiful property has a special place in our hearts. We stayed in the A frame during COVID and we always wanted to come back. This time we stayed in the main house and it was phenomenal. Wish the weather was better for us to use the pool, but next time! It well worth the price. Only an hr from the city and it feels like a full vacation. Wonderful way to lose time time for a few days. We will be back!

This was a few nights getaway with my two adult daughters. The house is adorable, neat and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Felt right at home. We did a little kayaking on the lake, which was beautiful. The weather wasn’t perfect, but we made the best of it and enjoyed each other’s company. The neighborhood was very quaint. We took a walk around the lake. Nicole was very responsive whenever I messaged her. We felt very comfortable being there. I would highly recommend this home.

both Laura and Scott were incredibly hospitable and welcoming to their home. my family and I felt very comfortable and it gave us an immense amount of ease knowing that we could always reach out and within minutes we'd have a response to any questions we could have come up with. the location was absolutely stunning and had breathtaking views. in all honesty, the only thing I could possibly complain about was not having had a second bathroom which is not their fault. I've dealt with a handful of hosts before but never someone as easy and inviting as Laura and Scott have been. we are already looking at our calendars to see when we can come back

Mahmoud was a wonderful host. Very responsive, pleasant, and helpful. His home and the views were spectacular, and the koi pond was beautiful. It’s a great location to stay while visiting West Point, as it’s a quick drive across the Bear Mountain Bridge. Our large group felt comfortable and welcomed. One of the bedroom descriptions could have been listed a little clearer because you need to pass through the master bedroom to get to it. Luckily our family was ok with that. We would stay again.

We had a beautiful experience at your place and felt very well taken care of. You was so ready to help with anything we might need, but luckily, there wasn't anything to ask for help with because everything was so perfectly prepared and accommodating! Thank you again for the wonderful stay.

Wow! I booked this lovely home just a few days prior to needing it and it was all we expected and more. It has 2 private docks on the upper part of Greenwood Lake with Adirondack chairs right by the water. The lots are separated with fences and shrubs and so it seems very private. Heron, geese, ducks and other birds visited our dock and yard. The town of Greenwood Lake had what we needed: ice cream, beer (go to Friendly Beer for the best selection), a few restaurants/food trucks & a Dunkin. We loved the hot tub and appreciated the board games since the weather was rainy at times. Rules and checkout procedures were simple and clear cut and John was responsive and helpful when messaged on the app. Any issues we had were unforeseen and dealt with immediately. We would love to stay here again!

Excellent Airbnb! Highly recommend! Host: Margaret knows how to do it. She is responsive and thoughtful. She has created a wonderful BNB! She has gone to great lengths to accurately describe the home in detail so there are no surprises. *Read all of the info she has provided!* Home: * clean * very roomy * well laid out * thoughtfully decorated but not cluttered * very well supplied kitchen and bathrooms * soaking tub 👍👍 * comfortable beds * customizable temps in bedrooms * AMAZING game selection Our visit was in summer; the home would be perfect for wintertime skiing. Our group, just fyi: 9 adults and 1 crawling infant. Two adults are senior citizens who don't handle stairs well, so we planned to stay in, play games, cook our meals, and just enjoy family time. This BNB was perfect for that. Once they took the stairs to get inside, they were very comfortable on the first floor where most of our activity was. The baby gate, high chair, and portable crib were so appreciated.

Stay here was great! We were in the area for an anniversary and this place worked well for my mom, who is on the elderly side and can't reallyy do steps. We were in Flushing and LI, so this worked well (aside from traffic, but that's NY for you). We had a slight issue with connecting to the Wi-Fi, but our hosts came immediately to our message and all was fixed in a matter of minutes. Safe space, comfortable beds, easy to park and access. Thanks so much for having us, would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and incredibly well-prepared. The host went above and beyond—there was a bottle of wine and a charcuterie board waiting for us when we arrived, which was such a thoughtful touch. She truly thought of everything we might need, from toiletries to kitchen essentials, including a variety of snacks/breakfast items, coffee and teas. It made our stay comfortable, relaxing and stress-free. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

I really liked that we had a personal parking spot, and the location is awesome. We very much enjoyed the stay !!

We felt very comfortable in Cecia's apartment. The apartment was very clean and as shown in the pictures. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Communication was quick and friendly and we got a lot of valuable tips from her and her husband. From JFK Airport it was about 2 hours by public transport to the apartment. To get to Manhattan, there are several bus lines, the stops are 2 to 10 minutes away. Near the apartment, there are also many restaurants and bakeries, as well as supermarkets. Thanks for the wonderful stay. :-)

We had a wonderful stay at Serg’s place! He gave us great recommendations for hikes in the area, and was very friendly. The place was private, well kept, clean and well stocked. Will definitely come back if we are in the area again

Both Patrick and his apartment are wonderful! His place is our absolute first choice while visiting Warwick. The apartment is always spotless, the bed is super comfy, and the view from the living area is spectacular. We saw a menagerie of backyard wildlife this trip, including deer, bunnies, chipmunks, woodchucks, squirrels, and a whole host of different birds. And the apartment is easily walkable to everything the village has to offer. Patrick is a really kind human and we love chatting with him. We’re big fans!

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. We loved this place. It totally exceeded all expectations! We came on a rainy weekend so we didn't explore much outdoors, but the cabin is so cozy and the amenities are awesome, so we still felt like we had plenty to do. The hot tub and sauna both comfortably fit our entire group (6 people). Additionally, the sauna is in a beautiful spot, tucked into the woods next to the creek. We weren't sure what to expect from the location since the cabin was closer to the city and suburbs than some other options, but we found it to feel very secluded, rural, and peaceful. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay at Erica’s. A beautiful location - serene and peaceful. The hot tub on the back deck, by the river and under the trees was really something special.

Julie was an amazing host! I felt that everything she had to offer was spot on! Greenwood Lake is a beautiful place and we wanted to stay longer! This place is a photographers dream! When we arrived check in was easy! The place was as described and clean! We can’t wait to bring our family back! Julie does have rules in place for check out that we followed and they were easy! I’m a firm believer in a host setting rules for people to keep their place in tip top shape and enjoyable for the next guests! We cannot wait to book with Julie again! Thank you so much!!

This place the atmosphere the surroundings it was all so lovely and needed, the price paid off. I loved the views the water and the shower outside. The bed was so comfortable very clean the place overall was very comfy I felt so comfortable. I recommend this place for a stay if you love to be away from people and need calmness. Everything was on spot from the house, the area outside to everything included. Thankyou so much for this, 10/10

We had a great stay! The house is very nice, with a spacious backyard and plenty of things to do inside. The kitchen was well-equipped and made cooking easy and enjoyable. Clinton was quick to respond and helpful throughout our stay. The grass was a bit high. Also, just a friendly reminder to be cautious about insects—we did find a few ticks on ourselves and our dogs. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated the peaceful setting and thoughtful amenities.
