Gouwe Land is a beautiful 100-square meter vacation home on the ground floor and has a wooden floor. Adjacent to the living room is a great open kitchen. The large dining table invites you to work, newspapers, talk, and sit comfortably. In the hallway you will find a separate toilet and a bedroom for three persons. At the end of the hallway is a spacious double bedroom with adjoining the spacious bathroom. The property has a separate space with washing machine, WI-FI, TV and new dishwasher.

The surroundings are perfect for discovering several beautiful places in the Netherlands. Hoorn, Alkmaar, Enkhuizen, Volendam and Amsterdam are all within half an hour driving distance. You are fifteen minutes to the IJsselmeer and with half an hour to the beach.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With the modern country decor, you will immediately feel at home! The terrace is south facing, so you can enjoy the sun all day. The large garden is fully fenced, so you have a nice private space. The park has a swimming pool, tennis court, etc. The park is centrally located in Noord-Holland. Hollandse Lucht is a detached accommodation behind the Dorpsstraat in the Noord-Holland town of Obdam. You have access to a private living/dining room, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom.
