Our host was great. Very friendly. You wouldn’t know they were underneath you. The house was spotless. Larger than expected and lots of places to hide, sit and chase the weather. Very clean, everything you need is there. Little welcoming gestures were on the table when we arrived. It was a very close walk to the ferry and into the town. We would definitely go back.

Accommodation was really nice. There were 7 of us and the separate apartments always had your peace and quiet in the evening. The kitchens are super equipped and made cooking for 7 people very nice. Especially the Beach House is great for this. The pool was also always clean and has been a nice extra. :) The place is a 15-20 minute walk from the ferry, which made it easy for us to spend a day in Zadar. We always went shopping at TOMMYS, which is also 15 minutes away but there are also many other shopping opportunities closer. We would definitely recommend the place at Andrea's place! :)

Beautiful tiny house in Preko with a small garden and two terraces. You will enjoy it there. Highly recommended.

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

The apartment is very well maintained, quietly located and the bed is very comfortable! Sanda was very sweet at check-in and tried to point out all the sights of the island. When I got sick and no pharmacy was open nearby, she even gave me some of her medicine. The ONLY disadvantage is (as so often on the island) that the small alleys are not easy to reach by car and the private parking for larger cars is rather not an option. But Sanda was also able to find a solution for this in the past. Otherwise, the apartment and hostess are quite wonderful and highly recommended! Incredible view, right on the water and can hear the waves all night. The house was as described, welcoming and helpful hosts. We were sad the jacuzzi wasn’t working but otherwise had a great stay!

I wholeheartedly recommend Ivana's apartment. My family and I spent six days in Zadar. The apartment is on the first floor of the house, it is cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. It is literally 3 minutes from two different beaches and two minutes from the bus stop, which you can find in the city center in 10 minutes. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area, nice places to walk and relax. Ivana's mother, who lives downstairs, is very kind, helpful, and a point of contact. She answered all of our questions and was able to help. In the apartment, you can really feel at home, and pet a super friendly dog. We have a great memory of our trip and I would love to stay there again when I was in Zadar:)

We had a great time in Diklo! The apartment was cozy and has a great view of the sea, which we enjoyed every day from the balcony. Kata was very warm and helpful – we felt welcome right away! She speaks great German and gave us practical tips for the area. Particularly beautiful was the proximity to the sea, you can swim everywhere in the village, and the fresh mandarins from the garden. We can wholeheartedly recommend the place and Kata as a hostess! :)

Beautiful apartment, special mention for the large balcony with splendid views. Very well located accommodation, close to Zadar. Marino was very responsive and always responded to us very quickly. Thank you again for hosting us and your mom's kindness.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Everything is in walking distance and the view from the balcony was incredible, especially the sunrise in the morning 😍

Dino was a warm-hearted, friendly and responsive host, who helped to make our stay extra memorable. We enjoyed the nearby beach, well shaded balcony with sea view and a local evening/ night stroll along the waterfront to a nearby and tasty restaurant. The local addresses there may not necessarily run in sequential order, so we suggest entering "Apartments ANDI Punta Skala" into Google Maps for more accurate directions.

We had a Nice stay. It was at the beginning of the season so it was nice and calm. The house is located on the beach. There’s a gym and sauna so that was great to start the day off and go for a swim. House is nice. Everything you need is there and around the house. Market is around the corner. Zadar is +- 20 min drive away. Recommend. 👍🏼

This is great place to stay. Excellent sea view, nice and clean apartment and great hosts.

The arrival went smoothly, all the necessary information was sent to us beforehand. We were met by the possessions who live on the ground floor of the apartment. We were shown the apartment very nicely and we also got a lot of tips for shopping right away. The apartment was super clean and also looked like in the photos. The listed amenities were also available. We also had no problems with the landlords that our dog (10 months old) was sometimes a little louder😅. The area is super quiet, everywhere you can find usable loungers and clean beaches.

Very nice apartment and a very good location if you have a car. Marin was attentive and gave us recommendations on where to eat and which beaches to visit. Recommended!

The place was nice, with everything we needed. The bed was good, a nice shower and nice to have an airco! The kitchen had everything we needed. On top of that all was the garden super! Specious, quit en has a nice bbq place! Loved it en most definately would come back!

Lovely apartment and fantastic host. Andre was super responsive and had a bit of an issue outside of the flat and he was really helpful in getting it sorted out for us. Truly went above and beyond! Only thing to mention is that the joint balcony is up a ladder which was fine for us but worth noting as people could struggle with jt

The apartment is just like in the photos, spacious, clean and has rich amenities. The sea is really very close, 1-minute walk. Within 3 minutes the shores have shallow water with sand beneath that make it a great fit for families with small children. I would come back anytime to the apartment and the surroundings too. Our host was also very kind and responsive, she made sure that we can occupy the apartment as soon as possible - in fact we could get the keys 4.5 hours before the previously settled time.

We felt very comfortable - the apartment was clean, spacious and modern. We loved the terrace with the wonderful view of the sea and the sunset. Ideal as a base for trips to Nin, Zadar, or exploring the diverse landscape by bike or e-scooter. A beautiful sandy beach is within walking distance. The hosts were absolutely sweet and helpful. We will be happy to come back!
