Big apartments with all amenities you may need during the stay. Beach is in walkable distance-about 15 minutes, half under the sun, and half the in shade through camping village. There is also a Lumbrak beach about 7 minutes by car, with pebbles and sand, and no "sea hedgehogs", so you can play water games there. If something is needed Ivan (host) is always ready to help. He is very nice and friendly person, so the place is really worth visiting

Andrijana and Mario are wonderful hosts. By far the friendliest and warmest hosts I have ever experienced. Andrijana was always available, provided us with tips and repeatedly asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay. The place was perfect for us. The cleanliness was excellent, the amenities great. Exactly as shown in the pictures. Had a great time and would come back any time. An absolute recommendation for couples, families and friends. Beach is within walking distance in approx. 15 minutes. 10 minutes to the bakery and supermarket. What was not entirely clear is that the second bathroom is not in the main house, but outside next to the pool. But this was not a problem at all, but rather great if you spend the day at the pool.

We enjoyed our stay a lot at Dragana’s beautiful Stone House. It is located in the old town and offers a lot of privacy. We spent a lot of lovely evenings with home made dinners on the terras or enjoyed barbecue in the backyard garden! Supermarkets and local market are not far away and one can walk there on foot. Larger supermarkets and beautiful beaches are more far and the best could be reached by car, bikes or electric steps. We highly recommend the Stone House to other guests!

what a fantastic cottage with everything. We could use the sup board, games, electric BBQ, etc. And after a thirty-meter walk, you'll be on the beach. (PRIVATE beach is understandable). Fishing, swimming, snorkeling. What a nice location. Bernd, it was great!

lovely place... the house is perfect and site is gorgeous... we had a wonderful holidays. it takes 3 hours to go by boat from the coast (zadar).Ante can arrange the transfer (see détails section for the additionnal cost). we drank the rainwater from the tab (and add some micropure to be sure at first but after we even drank it without micropure and it was perfectly drinkable. kitchen is convenient. bathroom small but at 6 it was enough because not need to stay long. the small boat is convenient to go and visit others places. we recommand this place !

Very nice hostess, large and spacious apartment, a few minutes to the harbor, a really outstanding price-performance ratio!

I can really recommend Villa Kona to anyone. It offers plenty of space, is clean and the proximity to the water and the private beach are simply fantastic if you want to switch off. Danijel is a very helpful and friendly host who responds to questions very quickly. A bakery and a small supermarket are within a 10-minute walking distance. Finally, it remains to say that it was a wonderful time and we would come back any time.

We spent a few wonderful days with our kids in this exceptional place. If you are looking for minimalism, a little bit of adventure, and would like to take a breath in a quiet place, then you can find it here. The house offers just basic amenities, but it's just enough to have a great time. Contact with Zoran was perfect. We arranged the shopping and travel by boat from Biograd to Žižanj (and back) and proactively amended that based on the weather conditions.

We spent 10 great days at Stilo's, visited other beaches in the area every day,then ate super dishes at nearby restaurants. The apartment itself is well-equipped and quiet,you can relax, eat breakfast on the balcony in the morning,a large parking lot under the house. Stipo always invited guests for regional beer or Rakiji tasting. Very good location close to Biograd,Zadar for evening trips. I recommend this place,you'll be happy.
