This is a great place. The price what you pay, is what you will get: a nice little house with everything in it, added with a beautiful view and privacy. We enjoyed the jacuzzi in the evenings and some nice walks in the surroundings. Despite some slow communication from the host before the trip, this holiday worked out great and Eva&Zdenek indeed did a great job with setting up this little gem at the sea. The place is highly recommended, so all future guests: please look after it when you are there so we can enjoy it for many more years coming :).

Great spot on the water with views of the bay and sailing ships in the bay. Swimming pool next to the location and beach next door. Owners are extremely friendly and in addition to the four holiday homes also have a restaurant on the bay with jetty. Nearby towns are easily accessible within a 25-minute drive. Recommended!

Fantastic accommodation right on the sea with its own access. Daniela and family are very nice and helpful. The first impression in the accommodation lasted until the end. Fantastically beautiful and quiet, located in a bay, surrounded by olive trees. We were guests at Daniela's in October and had really nice weather, almost summer. Dear Daniela, Thank you for this wonderful vacation. We'll be back.

Very nice and very quiet place to stay. Our 2-year-old son enjoyed it very much because of the sandbox, trampoline and the many toys. Beautifully bright, clean and modernly furnished. Very easy to park. We couldn't have wished for. We fully recommend the place and may come back sometime:)

The place is in an uninhabited part of the island, in a bay where there are only a few neighbors, and in the afternoon a few sailboats for the evening. It offers a great private one who wants to relax and be with themselves or with who they are going there. You don't get distracted by the hustle and bustle of weekdays. You can reach the accommodation via a 4 km long macadam road. Parking right by the cottage. You are on the beach within a minute. I've been here for 14 days with kids ages 2 and 3 and I can't believe it. Who is able to have fun without the help of others, enjoy the peace, a good read, they will enjoy their stay. On the main road that leads through the island is a fisherman's shop with fresh seafood. We came with only a few basic ingredients and spices. The rest can be purchased at a supermarket 30km away, where everything is, or in a nearby town, where there are several common shops. Those who want to take a break from the outside world will appreciate this place.

The accommodation has a very good location. Very close to the sea (about 200 m) and no neighbors. The way there is a bit more difficult to drive but it is worth it. The place is clean and the air conditioning made our stay much easier. Check in and check out was very pleasant and easy. Valentina and her husband are very friendly and helpful. The place was exactly as described, quiet and very clean. Although the house is already tight for 5 people, you are mainly there to sleep anyway. For this, the area is beautiful, right by the sea and the place is easily accessible on foot. And Maria was really very helpful and sweet, when we arrived there was even some fruit ready for us. We were satisfied and would be happy to come back :)

Ana and her husband are very friendly and helped us whenever we needed something. The center of Pakoštane is in walking distance and our children liked the big playground right at the beach. We stayed there for a week in April and it was very quiet and relaxing.

A truly beautiful place! We enjoyed every second there. The house was clean and cozy. Mr. Luka and his staff were welcoming and really friendly. Everything was as pictured + there's a beach right next to the bungalows, not even a minute away. For your interest (the owners are not to blame for that of course): Beware of the gravel roads that lead from Tkon to the Bungalows, they're really rough. Drive carefully unless you have a car that's able to drive off-road.

Absolutely great, close to the center, to the sea just from the hill. The host was great, they responded to messages right away. Even when we arrived by the drive, before check-in, they let us park on the property, and they wrote a message as soon as the house was ready. We stayed in Pakostane for the second time, the first time in this place, and definitely not the last time. 10/10 <3
