Villa vacation rentals in Opatija

We were very nicely welcomed by the hosts and got a bread with cold cuts and juice which we were very happy about. The house is very big and there is enough space for 8 people. The beds were all clean and spotless. I was in the house with my daughter and we changed the bedroom 3 times because I got back pain. I'm heavy with 95Kilo and I was looking for the hardest mattress I eventually found on the top left in the room. The garden and the pool are a dream. Our dog loved it. Very very nice. The kitchen is absolutely great equipped. We probably felt, thank you!

A wonderful place to make Holidays!

This place is amazing and perfect for 4 couple. Jakovs attention to detail was amazing. It has a beautiful view. There are about 6 switchback s to get to the villa. It has been constructed with the power lines underground and it appears to be the only villa in the area plus the one his sister owns next door that is set up that way. This means that ahead of you there are unrestricted views. Although walking around the top of the hill is beautiful - it is a trek to get from downtown and you need a car. As long as you plan ahead all is great. As we basically cooked most evening this was great. The outside grill area in the back is great for 8 people as is the inside and outside dining. The King beds were great and the balconies for the 2 upstairs bedrooms were great. I highly recommend this place. It is stunning. Kakov also provided a fruit basket, some wine etc as a welcome gift. First Class.

We had a very nice week of vacation here! Ivana's husband was already waiting for us when we arrived and showed and explained everything in the house. We didn't miss anything, everything you need is available; the kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is of high quality, there are enough cabinets and shelves, the beds are mega comfortable, the bathrooms are very high-quality, the whole house very spacious and above all very tastefully and lovingly furnished and decorated! There are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool. The pool saved our lives at 38 degrees:-) The terrace is in the shade, there is an outdoor grill + sink and a separate garden is also part of it. Ivana and her family live next door so they are always responsive. The location is quiet and you definitely need a car to get to shopping or beach. We would keep coming back here and can fully recommend the house!

A nice accommodation for societies that intend to enjoy with self-prepared food, in the pool and some drinks, even with music there is no particular problem as the location is well fenced and can't hear much out. Worth a visit

A beautiful villa, close to the beach in a great location With a very long pool just for swimming perfectly.. very stylish and very modern which we like very much! The owner is super friendly had responded immediately to questions and give us tips on where to do something.. we will be happy to come back and highly recommend it:)

Toni and Karla's villa is dreamy. In addition to a large and spacious kitchen, the guest will find four beautiful rooms, all of which invite you with great amenities. In addition, there is a large saltwater pool and a hot tub, which guarantee the relaxation of the guests. The villa itself is a bit remote, but impresses with an exposed location with great views and a quiet neighborhood. With rental cars, the surroundings can be wonderfully explored. There is enough parking space available for this. Toni and Karla are unprecedented hosts. They respond to requests from guests within a very short time and take care of their concerns. Thanks to you, we were able to focus on the essentials on vacation. On request, a wide variety of recommendations are made regarding possible activities in the area. This home is fully recommended. We will be happy to come back!

We enjoyed a great time in the villa Aurelia. The house is perfect for many people with all the equipments needed. On top you can enjoy good time with the table tennis, snooker or the jacuzzi. The place is very quiet and well located close to Labin old center and all the shops. Zoran was a very nice host, always reactive with very good recommendations in the area!

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

It was perfect, we were 10 young adults. The place was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Since there are many activities, there was always something to do. Since the house is centrally located on the island, so every place is very easy to reach by car, the restaurants are very good in Krk. The landlords welcomed in person and were very nice. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay with a large group of people (adults and children) at Fabian's accommodation. Here are the key things we loved about our experience: The apartments were very clean and incredibly comfortable. Stunning Sea Views Fabian was a fantastic host, always friendly and helpful. He provided us with plenty of valuable local tips. The apartments were perfectly situated close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, while still offering a peaceful environment. The spacious apartments and outdoor areas made it ideal for our large group.

Great place for a relaxed holiday with family. The house is beautiful, the swimming pool is a dream and the view is stunning. There is a shop just outside the property , very handy! The only thing I wish there was a sidewalk so one could go for a stroll. The owner is very friendly and responsive. We highly recommend!

Our vacation was just beautiful. Already upon arrival, it took our breath away because the villa is fantastically located with a magnificent view over the Adriatic Sea. Relax and unwind! The pictures didn't promise too much, it was all as described. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and from each room you have a fantastic view of the sunrise. The house is fully air-conditioned and the kitchen is well equipped. From the pool you have a fantastic view of the sea! Thank you so much for this great family vacation. We will never forget it!

We had a very nice vacation at Villa Anatai. Everything was as described. The pool, sauna, and tennis court are great. The pool heating (for an extra charge) was a great bonus, the water was always pleasant and you could therefore go swimming easily in April. The house offers plenty of space, the kitchen is superbly equipped. Everything was very clean. The furnishings of the villa are of very high quality and modern and you feel very comfortable. We recommend the villa for a perfect getaway. 👍🏻 The nearest grocery stores are in the beautiful town of Labin, about 15 minutes by car. Check-in and check-out were friendly and straightforward. As a welcome, there was a small guest gift and we were received very nicely, with a small introduction to all the amenities of the villa. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We absolutely loved our stay. Vesna's place is beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly clean. The beds are very comfortable and we were happy to have a private bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed including a bit of cheese and sausage provided for our arrival. The view is incredible, I could stare at it all day and night. We truly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, the local town, the beaches and most importantly the view. We had such a wonderful holiday and hope someday to return. The last bit of the drive to the villa is quite adventurous but oh so worth it. We loved this place very much and hated to leave. Before we left, Vesna gifted us some honey schnapps and her husband returned later with a nice bag of Chestnuts from their own tree. A lovely host family of a wonderful villa.

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and it was just amazing! The landlords were exceptionally friendly and made sure we didn't miss anything. Her warm welcome and helpful manner made our stay truly memorable. The house itself is an absolute dream. It is not only beautifully decorated, but also spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped. We were particularly impressed by the variety of amenities offered here. The grill in the garden was perfect for social evenings, and the dart board provided a lot of fun. A highlight was also the ice cube machine, which provided a welcome refreshment on hot days. We can fully recommend this property.

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Ingrid was so welcoming and responded almost instantly with any recommendations. What a wonderful host. The house was stunning, so much so it was difficult to get my teenage kids to go out during our stay. It was very peaceful and private and so so relaxing. Within a 15 minute walk is a lovely hill top town with restaurants and a lovely cafe bar. It wasn’t too touristy and it had a lovely atmosphere. A perfect stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa. You won’t regret it.

How shall i start…it was a perfect stay in the area of Rijeka. The house is located in the community of Kostrena, close to Rijeka, with a wonderful view overlooking the Kvaener bay. Just amazing! The house is new with four bedrooms and min. three bath rooms. (3 insuite and one additional bath room). It is spotless clean and the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. It even offers a fully automated coffee machine. The terrace with the open fire place is perfect for nice evening bbq‘s. The pool was already ready for use and the kids did use it every day! Thanks for the wonderful time, Zeljko and Ira! You are wonderful hosts!!!

We had a wonderful time at the Villa Vesna. Samanta was very helpful, kind and always available. 10/10 would recommend!

This spa retreat is perfect! We visited with kids and our dogs and the big, completely fenced yard was ideal for the doggies and the kids could not get enough of the pool and spa. Danijela is the perfect host from flexible (late checkin) to a ton of great local recommendations. This place is up the mountain a bit for nice, quiet seclusion as well as easy access to Labin and Rabac. We will be returning!!

The place is nicely located and has a great view of the sea. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We were very pleased and had a nice time. It is absolutely recommended.

We had a wonderful vacation at Villa Nola! Everything is as described. Nikolina is super easy to reach and very helpful. We also liked that many things (e.g. spices, gas for the grill, tabs for the dishwasher) were already in the house. The house itself has been very nicely renovated! Wonderful that some details of the old house have been preserved. We would definitely recommend a vacation here!

This was a great experience! We had spent a week on the Croatian Islands and wanted a different second half of a holiday, up in the mountains with good access to explore Istria. The house is very private, with spectacular views over Istria, a lovely pool and the sun shining on the front all day. The house itself is brand new, with all of the modern amenities you would need, really well designed with lots of nice touches. Big dining areas indoors and out and many different seating options, so you could be in/out of the sun and inside/outside of the house and be comfortable. The house is very well stocked with amenities, including everything you would need in the kitchen, loads of towels, bath and shower gels and the aircon and wifi are strong. Location is great, very close to the main highways so you can be anywhere in Istria, Rijeka, Opatija, Pula and Rovinj within 50 minutes. Kristina and Bob were excellent hosts, very communicative and fast to respond. A strong recommendation.
