Een unieke bungalow midden in Breda met verrassend grote tuin! Minder dan 2 kilometer en je zit hartje centrum Breda. 500 meter van het centrum Ginneken en een winkelcentrum 80 meter verderop. Ideaal voor vakantie,(romantisch) weekend weg en geschikt voor kinderen en mindervaliden. Een royale tuin, grote keuken, 2 slaapkamers en een knusse woonkamer met open haard. De bank kan gebruikt worden als 2 persoons bed maar het prettigste verblijf is met 5 pers+1 baby. Genoeg te doen voor jong&oud!

De zeevonk biedt een volledig gerenoveerd, sfeervol en luxe vakantiehuisje in Serooskerke met gratis wifi en T.V. Het huisje heeft een volledig uitgeruste keuken, woonruimte, badkamer en een groot tweeperoonsbed. Buiten is er een overkapping met een fijn terras en bij de woning kunt u uw auto veilig parkeren. Great chalet to relax with the family, with many play options for kids of any age. The area is very green with lots of outdoor space around the house. Open up the patio doors, take a nap in the hammock or BBQ next to the terras. Within walking distance you find a historic harbour town, with a supermarket, cafes and restaurants. Close by you find a nature reserve and many beaches. There are many activities on the island too. Enjoy! 🏠 The chalet was fully renovated in April 2022.

At walking distance, you have a busstop that takes you directly to the city Center (2,5km). There is a parking garage for one medium car and free parking spaces around the house.
