Vacation rentals with a patio in Olomouc

Martin's place was amazing! Fun lofty feel, great giant deck with a table, nice and cool due to AC. He was very responsive and was even able to fix a plumbing problem that appeared while I was gone with no disruption to me at all. Great place, I would definitely stay again!

This amazing penthouse would be easy to live in for a month or more instead of just the two nights we were there. Someone has put thought into ensuring the apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay, even going so far as to have some toys if you’re traveling with a child. Especially enjoyable in nice weather is the outdoor patio. And the old town area is an easy walk away. Free parking too!

Olomouc was an appealing city to visit, we are glad that we did, with lots to do, great places to eat, we highly recommend the local visitors card. The Christmas markets were great, with live entertainment as is common in major Czech centres. The property was clean, had a fresh interior, a good kitchen and lounge room, 2 bedrooms with good beds. A single bathroom with a shower, plus a seperate WC. It appears well equipped with heating and cooling. We were there in winter and were comfortable. The shower design is tricky to keep the bathroom floor dry and the towel rail heating did not appear to be operating, however we did not ask about it. As reported by others the property is well serviced by buses and trams. Otherwise it is an easy 2.5km walk to the old town. There are lots of local supermarkets. The lift worked well for 4 people and the building was quiet. We were able to check in at 3pm.

The apartment is in a new development area. The House is fully finished and beautiful but there is construction happening next door - not sure how noisy it is during the week, was completely ok during the weekend we were there. The flat is a dream - beautiful, furnished in style. Home away from home. Mall with shops and food court t is 6 mins away on foot. Parking is safe in the underground garage.

We recommend staying at Ondřej's! There was no problem with anything, and they were able to accommodate everything. The place was clean. Close to a good restaurant Záložna and Croatian pizza. The host has always responded quickly to messages. Thanks for staying! :)

We had a great time at Tomás's place. The house was very nice and Tomas had prepared our arrival with lots of attention.

Beautiful, clean, cozy apartment, nothing missing. Great location, all within reach. Free parking near the river at Gymnazio is a short walk from the accommodation. The owner allowed us above standard, checking out later, because of traveling with the baby. Surrounding hotels and guesthouses did not want to allow us to do this. Dominik communicated very promptly. Great, very satisfied.

Superb central location, large historical flat, easy check-in and communication with guest. Definitely recommended.
