Peaceful retreat down gravel driveway 15 min from Mayo Clinic. Enjoy your own apartment with private backyard walkout entrance to the lower level of our home. You will have a bedroom, living area, kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave and toaster oven (no conventional stove/oven), bathroom w/ tub & shower, pingpong table, laundry, and patio with fire ring. You may hear piano music weekday afternoons, since I give lessons (usually 3-6 pm; a bit earlier in summer). In-floor heat coming Dec '24.

Charming Craftsman house with hardwood floors, big front porch with electric fireplace, dining room, updated kitchen and bath with a large living room with a smart TV. The kitchen has all necessary supplies for cooking with a gas stove, microwave, coffeepot and a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer for guests to use in the basement. The three bedrooms and the bath are upstairs. Each bedroom has a queen size bed. It is in a quiet neighborhood just eight blocks to Mayo.
