Here you will find peace and comfort, just a few steps away from the lively Karl-Heine-Straße. Enjoy the proximity to cozy cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and arenas. Discover the picturesque paths along the Karl-Heine Canal and experience Leipzig at its best. In 10-15 minutes you are in the center and at the main train station.

Located directly on the main mile in the west of Leipzig, you can walk to almost everything. The trendy district of Lindenau/Plagwitz offers enough activities for a successful weekend. Stroll right in front of the front door along the Karl-Heine Canal, take a canoe tour or indulge in one of the many local restaurants. The highlight of the apartment is clearly the balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of Plagwitz and of course the sun, if it shines :)

VILLA, WINE and GARDEN

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment have been carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with a separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.

Enjoy life in Leipzig at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Not far from the popular Karl Heine Straße is the cozily furnished 2-room apartment. In the bedroom, a large double bed made of organic alder wood awaits. In the living room, 2 more people can sleep on the sofa bed. In my kitchens you can feel right at home. The apartment is suitable for short tourist stays or for longer business trips to Leipzig.
