Vacation rentals with a patio in Old-West

Susan is a very communicative person, she gave us a lot of necessary information. Unfortunately we did not meet in person, the keys were given to us by Susan's mother, who is a very nice and warm person. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. There is a parking space and a basement for bicycles. We will gladly stay there again.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is cozy, bright and inviting. We felt comfortable here. Ina is very friendly and available at any time. We'll be happy to come back.

We were very impressed by the beautiful apartment in a very nice quiet environment in the middle of the beautiful city. The apartment has everything you need and is very well maintained. Chad's place was perfect for our weekend in Leipzig. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 children (> 10 years). We were received in a very friendly manner and everything was briefly shown to us. The apartment is large, it has everything you need and the surroundings are also really great - many restaurants/pubs, the tram is also just around the corner, as well as shops, bakeries, etc. Can absolutely recommend the apartment!

Super nice place to stay, in perfect condition. Max's home was spotless and everything was prepared for us. The location is great, as it is just outside the center, but all tourist spots are within walking distance or accessible by tram. We would recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Leipzig 😊

Very nice place to stay. Everything as described. Patrick was very friendly and always responded quickly! He gave us great tips for Leipzig. In addition, enough information booklets were provided in the apartment. Everything is great! I would be happy to come back. The kids also felt comfortable. The location is really great. We spent two days at the zoo, which is quickly accessible both on foot and by tram. We always went downtown for dinner in the evening. This was also very easy to achieve. The area is very quiet and well-maintained. A tip from us. The RB Stadium is really right around the corner. We would have liked to look at it, unfortunately we were too late and could no longer book a tour. Leipzig is really a very beautiful and green city. All the people we met were super friendly and helpful. So, we definitely weren't at Patrick's for the last time! Thank you

I was allowed to be a guest at Katharina's for the second time. She is a very friendly, lovely, warm and uncomplicated hostess. I didn't miss anything at the place. In addition, there is a beautiful garden that surrounds the stylish house. Parking is right in front of the house at all times? – no problem (one street down the road looks different). I would love to come back.

After my wife and I (as well as our dog) were greeted very friendly and warmly by Christina and her husband, a briefing in the apartment followed. We expected a lovingly furnished apartment, with amenities that left nothing to be desired. Dishes, cutlery, pots and so on, everything you need was available and waiting to be used. Particularly noteworthy, sewing kit for small emergencies and a small FIRST AID bag were there. Even for our dog, food and water bowls were available (dog says THANK YOU). The entire apartment made a very clean, well-kept and cozy impression, this impression was reinforced by the lovingly distributed accessories in the apartment. It was just beautiful…….. Since the apartment is in the backyard, the street noise did not disturb at any time. An extremely cozy porch and a private parking space complete the positive overall impression. Definitely one of the most beautiful vacation homes we've stayed in so far. The pool and all the little things in the garden were of course highlights. But even so, the vacation home was very nicely decorated and communication with Tristan was great. Highly recommended!

Beautiful accommodation with small private fenced garden, great also with dog. Within walking distance, you can reach the forest in 10 minutes and Lake Zwenkau in 30 minutes 👍

The villa and property were even nicer than expected. We were absolutely thrilled! The huge garden is simply fantastic and invites you to relax. Everything is super well maintained and designed with a lot of love. You feel right at home. The host always responded quickly and was very helpful. We spent 4 days at the fair and had a very pleasant stay. Check-in went smoothly, everything was clean and well maintained. Shopping is right nearby, which was very convenient and everything needed for communal cooking was there. By car, you can reach the fair in just 10 minutes, which is ideal for a stay with a fair visit. After a long, stressful day at the fair, we were also able to enjoy a delicious restaurant right on the street. All around a recommended place to stay!

We were in Leipzig for the gymnastics festival and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Everything was tip-top clean, the location ideal – quiet, yet central – and the communication with Marcel was super warm and uncomplicated. You felt right at home! Thank you for the great hospitality – we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is clean, functional and tastefully furnished. It is pleasant to sit on the balcony. 2 tram stops or about 20 minutes on foot to the city center. Shops nearby. Some people may have a problem with the 4th floor without an elevator.

It is rare that everything you need for a comfortable stay is on site. But here it was really like home: all possible amenities, equipment, and even snacks and drinks to welcome! Dazzling cleanliness, beautifully furnished apartment, Internet, cable TV - we were impressed by the professionalism. This is definitely the best offer in Leipzig! We have absolutely nothing to complain about. We recommend this place and the lovely hostess :)

We visited Leipzig as a family for 2 days. The apartment offered plenty of space for the 4 of us and everything was very satisfactory, we can't complain about anything.

A very nice apartment, quiet but very close to public transportation and to a nice lovely neighborhood. the place was clean, the kitchen well equipped, and generally it was a perfect place to stay for a 10 day work trip The host was sometimes slow to reply- took a couple of days to get back about a WiFi issue, but everything ended up working fine
