Great spot right downtown, walking distance to coffee, breakfast, food, drinks, etc. Super clean, really comfortable ....coffee on the deck by the river!

Host & hostess very friendly & happy to tell us about the area Very nice cabin style, bedrooms are spacious & comfy Amazing amount of food offered for guests - in my many years w/ airbnb I have never seen such a generous selection of foods- fruits, yogurt, all kinds of bread, bacon, eggs, juices, cheeses, cheese slices, cream cheese, coffee, teas, milk, cream, butter, several boxes of cereal, pancake mix, frozen hash browns, jellies & preserves Terrific & unique cabin decor Lots of books available about the mountains & the area Great recommendations for restaurants nearby- 2 we tried : J’s Corner (awesome seafood) Fagins Pub. ( steak&cheese w/ grilled onions subs) Very comfy beds Warm as toast even temps went to 17 degrees Furniture comfortable Lots of pretty goats

My husband and I visited for our first anniversary and to visit some family in the area, and besides an insane snow storm the day of our arrival, we had an amazing stay! The yurt is so cozy, warm, peaceful, and oh my god I miss it! Book your trip now! It’s so worth it!

Barbara’s Airbnb was right along the river with comfortable seating and a beautiful view. This Airbnb is exactly like the listing, with an easy and flexible check-in and clear instructions. I appreciated being able to bring my dogs along- there were even towels to wipe my pup’s muddy paws! I especially loved the heated bed warmer after a snowy day out on the trails. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Our stay at the Sun House made for such a special getaway with our little family. We wanted to visit the White Mountains in New Hampshire to celebrate our baby’s first birthday, hoping for a cozy cabin experience where we could rest and snuggle up between hiking and local excursions. This place did not disappoint in any capacity! We stayed here for the first days of December, and the snow on the lake and forest made for an unforgettable winter wonderland family moment! Mary Boone’s hospitality was the frosting on the cake of this gorgeous location. She was so responsive from the moment of booking up through checkout! All our questions were answered swiftly, and the cabin was prepared immaculately for our arrival. The cabin had all the amenities we could’ve anticipated, from cooking appliances to reading material to toys for our dog to chew on. We were even welcomed with a bottle of wine and box of cookies on the kitchen counter. So sweet! Can’t wait to come back ❤️
