Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Okrug Gornji

This is a lovely, well kept property. The swimming pool is a good size and we really enjoyed that, along with the al Fresco kitchen and barbecue. The place was all particularly clean on arrival and was easy to find. The location is good with the waterfront at Kastel Stari being a few minutes drive down the hill. Being next to the train line is no issue trains are quite infrequent and didn't disturb us at all.

Had a fab couple of nights at Ivana's place. She met us at the apartment and gave some really helpful recommendations (would definitely suggest a visit to Gelateria Emiliana 🙂). Accomodation was in great condition and location was fab. In particular, we appreciated the beach towels so we could go for a swim! Thanks Ivana!

Nice place with separate bedroom (Matrass feels like foam) and pretty outdoor area. Not much sun there but the beach is not far! Very kind host and close to the airport.

We had a wonderful stay here at House Petar. Toni contacted us ahead of time to check on our arrival and gave clear instructions to find his house. The house was spotless and roomy and the outside patio is spacious; excellent for outdoor dining. The house actually borders the sea and there is a wide, level walkway that leads into old town, about a 5 min very pleasant walk. All the amenities that you would need are within a 5min walk. Toni was also very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and local beaches. Thanks Toni for a wonderful stay at House Petar. 😀

this was our second time staying in Ivana's beautiful home. there had been two new bathroom's fitted since our stay last year! she is a wonderful host and even brought us pancakes for the national holiday! couldn't recommend more!

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Tissa. Damir and his wife were so welcoming and helpful and the villa was spotless. The pool was lovely and warm enough to swim in even in April on windier days. We loved the sauna, pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The villa is split in three self containing apartments which is great if you have separate groups or older children who like independence. There is so much to do in the area and the supermarkets and airport are a short drive away. We would absolutely recommend you book this villa and I am sure we will be back too!

Thank you for this lovely holiday! The house was perfect! The air conditioning is a dream! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, perfect! We enjoyed the mature figs from the garden! The beach with crystal clear waters is in 2 minutes walking! It was great that the property was completely fenced because we had our dog with us! Communication with Vlasta and her son was excellent, she always responded very quickly! I highly recommend it!

Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Everything was very clean and tidy with a nice large bathroom. Air bnb is located perfectly for exploring the old town or the harbour. Ivan was super helpful and friendly and made check in and check out run smoothly.

Although we were only here for one night, we loved our stay! Easily walkable to the city center and the bus/ferry terminals and clear communication with checking in. The balcony was also a huge plus to hang out and enjoy the views in the evening. Would definitely recommend Ivana’s place!

Great apartment within just a few minutes walk to Old Town with the restaurants, cafes and beauty of Split, not far from the port for ferries/coaches. Grocery store couldn't be closer if it tried which was handy. Apartment itself was well stocked, clean, tidy and modern. Bed very comfy, slept great. Zeki was really quick to respond if we messaged and checked in. Check in was fab, we'd been sent photos before so knew what to look for. Zeki gave some great recommendations, which we did follow and were very pleased we did so, he knows where to get the best food! Thank you, can't beat this apartment for location!

Accommodation in a quiet area just minutes from the attractions. Communication with Marín was always good with some recommendations

Mihovil’s place was perfect. It was everything we needed for our stay in Split. The studio was spotless and a very short walk to the port, the bus station, Diocletian’s palace and shops. Mihovil is an excellent host, very friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here 😊

Thanks to Vanja for the great accommodation, everything was perfect for us. A very nice apartment with excellent access by public transport. Kastel Luksic is a very beautiful place to relax in the off-season.

We had a great stay at this place which is nice, spacious and convenient. Access to the beach is direct, which is a major asset. Access to Split is easily 10min by car / Uber or 15-20min by Bus. Host is attentive and responds quickly I highly recommend this place that allowed us to have a wonderful vacation.

Such a gorgeous air bnb! We really enjoyed our stay here. Only a 30 minute bus from the city centre, you really can’t beat this location. The hosts were very nice and accommodating. Definitely reccomend.

Location was close to Old Town (10 minute walk). Safe area, good restaurants, bus station and grocery store near by.

We stayed with Adrienn for 5 days, and had the best time. She organised a transfer for us to and from the airport which worked a dream. We arrived earlier than checkin and were able to get straight into the property. The studio is quiet, clean and most importantly has a great AC! It was a haven after a long day in the sun. We were able to use the villas sun loungers which was very helpful. We very much enjoyed spending time on the roof terrace, which made up for not having a balcony. The beach is less than 2 mins walk, as are a host of very good restaurants (Leonardo, great value for money). The location is great for exploring, we hired a scooter and many other beaches were less than 10mins away (Labadusa, Kava, Duga). We will definitely visit Adrienn again with no hesitation. Thank you! Filip is a super host, he waited for us despite our delay. The apartment was as described, nothing was missing. Parking under the house. A 10-minute walk from the center of Split.

We had a great time in the apartment. The view from the terrace is breathtakingly beautiful looking out over the sea. The location is great, there is a supermarket in walking distance and very close to the beach. It is also a lovely costal walk to Trogir which we loved and is great for a drink or a sweet treat (Klara's recomendation). We rented a car and it was easy to park, Krka National Park is less than an hour away and its a short drive to Split so really well located. Everyone we met were friendly. The apartment itself is well appointed and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Klara was a great host, responsive and helpful. We had a great time and 100% recommend the apartment as a great base in Croatia.
