The first sight the morning will bring you is a beautiful beach and crystal clear sea, just 10 meters away from you. You can rest in the shade in front of the apartment with the smell of pine trees and sea filling your nostrils. The restaurants, the stores, the cafes, the cocktail bars and everything you may want is only a couple of minutes from the Villa. If you want a peaceful vacation with sightseeing, you will have plenty of sights to visit. The UNESCO protected town of Trogir is just 2km away. Surrounded by a green forest, and away from the traffic and noise, just 200m away from the beach (pine forest, stone or pebble),restaurant and coffee shop. and about 800m away from the center of Trogir (under protection of UNESCO). This apartment can suit max 6 adults. The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment you can enjoy and relax, and if you want any other activity ,its near by .Trogir is a 15 minute walk and there is a boat every 10 minutes .Enjoy the sun and the Adriatic sea in an attractive location ''.

Apartment is located 30 meters from the beach, only the road is between the house and the beach. It is apartment in a big house in which me and my father live, but we are totally separated from apartments, you have your own covered parking spot, 2 garden spots, hammocks , sundecks, outside terrace in front of the apartment. Wi fi, smart tv, cabel tv, pets allowed because of big property. Also barbecue, table tennis is at your disposal and rental stand up paddle boards. Cheers and see you! :)

FAST WIFI 7 Connection! The small room is located on the top floor & offers nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can see some islands from the balcony and even Split in the distance. The room is suitable for 1-2 people. It includes: Kitchenette, AC, small Bathroom (narrow around toilette, sink & shower), a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix & decent sized balcony. You can see directly out to the sea, while laying on the bed. There is also a small table with 2 chairs and 1 tanning chair.

A spacious terrace overlooking the sea includes comfortable seating with gray cushions and a wooden table. A decorative potted plant adds a touch of greenery. Refreshing beverages and fruit are arranged on the table, complementing the serene water views.

Modern apartment near beach(100m) with sea view. It is equipped with A/C, with a two terraces with outdoor sitting area and private parking lot. Neighborhood is quiet, only 1 minute from the main beach, bakery, beach bars and restaurant, 2 minutes from the supermarket, 5 minutes with car or 10 minutes with ferry from the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Apartment is 8 km away from Split Airport, and it is noise free. I am always available to help you with anything.

New Studio 1, 1st row on the beach

The studio has been stylishly and newly furnished. In the box spring bed you sleep like on clouds and wake up with a sea view :-) - Pure vacation! In favor of more space in the apartment, we have dispensed with a refrigerator in the room and instead placed a large food center with cold drinking water, ice cubes and crushed ice in the staircase just a few meters away, where separate compartments are labeled for each apartment.

A private pool is framed by lush greenery, providing a serene setting against a backdrop of a clear blue sea. Comfortable loungers are positioned nearby, inviting relaxation while enjoying the expansive view of the surrounding coast and islands.
