Decent place, the comments are true that you the sound proofing is not the best and that you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. But that’s just a minor inconvenience which can be made up by the affordability of the place, quiet and clean surroundings. Distance from parks and bus stop. The host is extremely accommodating and has been nothing but a pleasure to talk to.

The listing was as described. Henry and Carla were very responsive which I highly appreciated. There are public transit options nearby which made getting around easier as I wasn't driving. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and plan to stay here again next time I'm in Calgary.

I had a fantastic stay at this basement suite! The space was spotless, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was super cozy, and the suite was surprisingly spacious. The location was convenient, within a five minute drive to great restaurants, and a quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and private getaway.
