In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

Here you can follow a stream to the peaks. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

You are renting a fully furnished, 83 square meter apartment for a 3 to 5-person family in the Deggendorf district of Himmelreich, just 500 meters from the nature reserve of the same name in a quiet side street. The train station is also an 8-minute walk away and even the two kilometers to the old town are felt to be just a stone's throw (10 minutes by car).
