The place is clean, tidy, comfortable, and conveniently located just a few minutes drive from downtown L'Aquila. Tiziana and Alessio were welcoming and friendly hosts, we couldn't ask for more. Also, during this vacation we had a problem with the car and Alessio made himself available to help us and resolved the situation. Once again, a heartfelt thank you from us! We recommend this place and these hosts to anyone!

If you are looking for a quiet place away from hussle and bussle of the city, this is the place. Quiet, clean, and comfortable. Host was super responsive.

The accommodation is new with fine finishes, extremely clean and has all the comforts, surrounded by a beautiful garden with lake views and sun loungers, nature in nature. The location is strategic, from the plains of Castelluccio di Norcia to Gran Sasso d 'Italia. Several routes are right behind the house, from which you can see Lake Campotosto from above, spectacular🤩 Stefano is a trekking expert and knows all the routes, he recommended a route on the Gran Sasso that we had never done and we were fascinated😍 For those looking for tranquility, nature and scenic routes is the top! Stefano and Stefania are also two very helpful and kind people, who go well beyond the hosting skills! My daughter and I had a great time and will definitely be back.

I recommend thisplace first of all for the kindness of Mrs. Donatella who was very helpful in everything,for the proximity to the ski slopes and the attic that included the independent heating and complete with every comfort to feel at home!

Six of us just finished a 4 night stay in this apartment for our second time in two years. We absolutely love everything about it. It is clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, the views from the balcony are incredible. The owners are so kind and responsive! We will definitely be back to visit again sometime soon!
