Celia was an awesome host! If you're looking for a quiet beautiful getaway, look no further. Celia went above and beyond to make our stay perfect for us. The wifi connection was a bit unstable, but in a location like this we didn't go for the internet connectivity anyway. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our anniversary here. The place was clean, very private, and felt secure. The location is great, surrounded by lots of wineries. The fireplace added a cozy touch, and we loved the full set of Koi Knives in the kitchen – a nice surprise for anyone who enjoys cooking. It was a bit tricky to find at first since Google Maps wasn’t very accurate, but the host’s instructions were clear and helped us get there without too much trouble. Overall, a lovely and relaxing stay – highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay at Diane’s place. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect escape, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our son especially loved spending time with the horse and chickens—it was a real highlight for him. Diane and her family were really friendly and helpful. A truly enjoyable experience!

We enjoyed staying at Kes and Luke's farm! The cabins were so cosy, clean and had all the amenities we needed. Luke was very hospitable and welcomed us despite our late check in. We also joined Kes and Luke during the animal feeding in the morning and our infant Seysha really enjoyed seeing all the animals! The highlight of our trip was the bond fire we sat around on our last night. The weather was perfect for it. We will definitely be back next time!

My partner and I absolutely loved this place! The photos are very accurate, but do not do this place and incredible view justice! There were so many details that were thought of that I had not experienced with any Airbnb before; including the games, picnic rug, multiple areas to sit, the beautiful grassed area to play the games o, even down to the complimentary marshmallows for the fire pit! We absolutely loved how peaceful it was, and spent most of our stay down south at the Airbnb as it was just so beautiful. Kayleen was also extremely helpful and such a lovely person, feeding the cows and calf’s was a such a nice touch also! We will definitely be coming back, thank you so much!

We also loved the peaceful location, just a short drive to town, which made everything super convenient. Thank you again, Michelle and Gary, for such a memorable experience!

We had a peaceful and relaxing stay. Star gazing in the hot tub was our highlight. Would recommended it for anyone who loves the farm and being with nature. We saw alpacas and kanagaroos in the backyard. Very high quality kitchenware when cooking up a storm. Great night sleep, the mattress and pillows were comfy! Only feedback is to have entrance lights/driveway lights to the cottages. Note, we arrived quite late in the dark. Otherwise, loved the experience!

Staying at this farm was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and surrounded by the peaceful charm of country life. We loved waking up to the sounds of nature, enjoying fresh eggs and produce, and getting a hands-on feel for farm life. Whether it was feeding animals, exploring the fields, or just relaxing under the stars, everything felt authentic and serene. Our hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and truly immersed in the farm lifestyle. It was the perfect escape from the city and a wonderful way to reconnect with nature. Bauchops Hill Station Farmstay

FengRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Wow I don't even know where to begin. Lou and Dion were so warm and welcomed us into their house (which is situated on the farm). The highlight of our stay was the farm tour. Highly recommended for BOTH kids and adults. It's a separate fee of 250nzd at our time of stay and it was well worth it. Dion took us up to his farm up on his 4WD and we went up the mountains where the views are unparalleled and we could get up close and personal with the cows, sheeps, and his sheepdog as well. He shared personal experiences as well as interesting facts about the farm. This beats and commercial stay or visit to a farm. Lou was also very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We met with a situation where our car was in a ditch and Lou was so kind to send her nephews Isaac and Hamish to help tow us out of the situation. My family is extremely grateful for their help and hospitality. If you're visiting lake tekapo or any of the surroundings, just stay here already!

Sylvana & Ken have thought of everything for a most comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the wood burner which heated the accommodation perfectly during a cold spell. The place was spotless. The beds were most comfortable with clean linen and towels. Sylvana had supplied everything for a hearty breakfast. Plenty of hot water and so much attention to detail in the house. We particularly enjoyed the tour of the 400 acre estate courtesy of Ken. Thank you both so much. Highly recommend.

Country Stay with Mount Kakepuku Views

RosieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The farmstay was lovely, tidy and comfortable. Josh provided fresh milk which was a nice touch. I also liked that there was an insect net on one of the windows so you could still get fresh air without an influx of bugs. There were some board games available in the closet which we enjoyed. The airbnb is quite close to the host's property, which wasn't an issue, but it could be of note if you are looking for 'a cabin in the middle of a field' type vibes. The bathroom shower area is also a tad tight but totally workable. There's a lovely view of the mountain and the area was very quiet and peaceful.

3 Steers Farm Stay – Your Perfect Family Escape!

KathleenRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Thank you Racheal and Mitch for an awesome week-end. Such a beautiful and peaceful location and yet so close to town. We immediately felt at home. There was plenty of space, the house was immaculate and the beds were super comfy. We opted for a local produce box for breakfast and dinner and arrived to find the fridge fully stocked with thoughtfully procured local produce, we all ate like kings and did not need to waste precious time grocery shopping. Thank you again for all your help with our car trouble, your generosity of time and contacts meant we were up and running again within 12hours! We originally booked your beautiful farm stay because it’s only a 15 minute drive to the hockey fields, and were happy to discover so much more to the Clarence Valley. We will definitely book again next year!
