Vacation rentals with beach access in Ocean Grove, Neptune Township

Justin and Nik were great hosts! Their place is in a great location and perfect for a large group (we were 8). It was clean, comfortable and made us feel right at home. J&N went above and beyond - they communicated clearly before our arrival, checked in on us during the stay, and when I messaged them to ask if they had a speaker we could use they answered right away that they didn’t have one (which was totally ok) but an hour later they surprised us with one and some sunscreen. It made the weekend extra special to have great hosts. We look forward to staying with them again!

This was our second Thanksgiving at Lizette's place, and it felt even more like home this time: Comfortable, cozy, convenient and well equipped for all of our needs. We appreciated our host's quick and thoughtful responses. Lizette and Lorine are warm and welcoming and attentive to all questions. From our initial booking and right through our departure, we felt so well taken care of. This is a lovely place with beautiful sunrises and ocean views and all the conveniences you would need for a restful retreat or family celebration.

Karen’s home was lovely! A great location a short walk from the beach and boardwalk, and easy to walk into downtown Ocean Grove from. Karen was an exceptional host, very welcoming, gave great recommendations, and was even flexible with a later check out than initially agreed upon. 10/10 would recommend staying here!

Carla was very accommodating and her place is super cozy in a great area right in the middle of the small town of highlands near a bunch of great cafes and the water!

Joanne was an awesome host - the very best!! Extremely clean, comfortable and everything one needed! Our vacation was stress free and so enjoyable. We appreciate your kindness!

The host made the experience very easy providing detailed instructions for check-in and home’s accommodations. It was also newly renovated, well priced for the location, within walking distance from the beach. We appreciated the hosts responsiveness if we had any questions and would definitely stay here again.

Another great stay in my favorite Jersey Shore town. Louise’s place did not disappoint, yet again. Both my dog and I enjoyed the peaceful, off-season quietness of this location and neighborhood with long walks around town, on the boardwalk, and the beach. The porch is fantastic, even on rainy days!

We had a wonderful weekend getaway in Asbury Park at Marcella’s home. The space was perfect for us and we were allowed to bring our dog😊 the beach is so close and everything is walkable! Great location!

This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

Loved a weekend getaway at the Tree House. It was the perfect oasis to get away from the city and relax down the shore. It was comfortable, cozy, and exactly the right place to be during an unfortunately rainy weekend.

A lovely house in a great location in Ocean Grove. Lower and upper level porches that catch the sea breezes and are roomy and peaceful places to relax. Exceptional, well-provisioned kitchen and bathrooms. Close distance to the OG boardwalk and beaches, a quick walk to Main Street for various shopping needs (a trip to OG isn't complete without crumb cake from the Ocean Grove Bake Shop!). Easy parking. We enjoyed meeting Cynthia, who is a thoughtful and helpful hostess. Just lovely!

Lisa is a great host! Very responsive and clear communication. The home is spotless, comfortable and dog friendly! Our pup was surprised with an oversized bed, pup cookie, dog bowls and towels. The yard is fenced in so we felt comfortable letting him roam. She has carefully thought out the details of how to make her guests and their pets feel comfortable! We will return. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped with anything you might need during your stay. It was very clean and well decorated. I especially liked the crisp, white bed linens and towels.

Our stay in Sea Bright was absolutely amazing! The home looked just like the pictures, was squeaky clean, and had everything you could ever need. The views were phenomenal and the space was walking distance from just about everything you may need from coffee, to dinner, to the beach, to the bar and anything in between. Sophie was extremely attentive and all check-in/out instructions were perfectly detailed. For all this place had to offer it was incredibly reasonably priced. Would stay here again and again!

We absolutely loved staying at Chateau Bleu! The house was charming and provided all the space we needed for 3 adults. The bikes that were provided were the perfect transportation around town. The locker on the beach with chairs and umbrella made it easy and convenient to ride the bikes to the beach. Rose Ann was the perfect host. She was always available but also respected our privacy. She has a high standard of cleanliness and all the amenities were provided for as if we were staying in a 5 star hotel. We highly recommend this Air B&B and hope to return.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

This place was amazing for our family’s Thanksgiving celebration in the area! It’s right off the boardwalk and exactly as described. We had a wonderful stay! Charleen and Nick were incredibly responsive.

Beautiful home. Spotless and new - great spot - 1/2 mile to the beach - an easy walk - neighborhood is not Long Branches most pristine but worked for us - safe and such a nice home give us a great week. Highly recommend this house it is really nice.

Eric was a great host and his place was exactly as described. As a remote worker booking an extended stay, the apartment had eveything I needed and more, and Eric was quick to respond whenever I reached out. I highly reccomend Eric's place for either a weekend at the beach or a longer stay.

We stayed at David’s condo for the night before and of our wedding (which was in the restaurant below). His condo was neat, large for a studio, and clean! The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the rain shower was awesome. David was communicative throughout the entirety of our stay.

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

This is the perfect little space for a few days at the beach. The location was fantastic for my family-we have two small children and were able to cut 2 blocks over and be on the boardwalk, but still have it be peaceful at night. Everything was spotless and exactly as described. Karl was proactive with reaching out and ensuring our trip ran smoothly. Overall everything was great and I would definitely stay again.
