Monthly Rentals in Observatory Hill

The house and its location is fantastic for a few days stay in Sydney. It was walking distance through ‘The Rocks’ to Circular Quay. It’s right beside the Barangaroo metro and a short walk to the beautiful restaurants and wharf of Barangaroo that extends on to Darling Harbour. Nancy was incredibly responsive, she messaged back very quickly and was very accommodating, allowing us to drop our bags off early pre check-in and leave them behind post check-out for a few hours, so we could maximise our time in Sydney. I would not hesitate to recommend Nancy’s place and would definitely stay here again.

Milan was very responsive and accommodating to our requests. Townhouse was in great location, close to bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance to everything. Although it was in the middle of the City it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved staying here. Very close to The Rocks, Circular Quay, Barangaroo and The metro and Railway Stations. Highly recommend and Woukd mot hesitate booking this accommodation in the future

This home is beautiful. Plenty of space, easy to walk to restaurants. Some even a few doors down. Same and Jackie were very responsive. Sent emails in advance of all needed communication. I would stay here again if I am back in Australia. There was some confusion on the booking. After booking two nights I was told there was a three night stay minimum. I canceled the reservation and tried to book the third night but it was booked. So I went back and booked the original two nights. My only criticism is be upfront on any minimum stay requirements and check before you make guest do the work.

All the amazing reviews are spot on. Rita is a fantastic host and the place is immaculate, well stocked with everything you could think of and more!! Rita provided a stack of helpful suggestions of things to do, restaurants, activities and more and was on hand in case we needed anything which we didn’t as we were well looked after! I would not hesitate to stay again - a fabulous location and walking distance to so many great spots - hubby and I had the best stay - thanks so much Rita for your friendliness and hospitality :) and we loved the treats you left us too!
