Unser Haus liegt eingebettet in Felder, die der Löwenzahn im Frühjahr gelb färbt und der Schnee im Winter weiß. Im Sommer weht der Duft von gemähten Wiesen durch die Luft und wenn es auf den Herbst zugeht, tragen die Obstbäume und der Garten direkt vor der Ferienwohnung Früchte. Hier im Allgäu können Sie der Natur wirklich nah sein. Ausflugsziele zum Wandern und Radeln sind von hier aus gut zu erreichen, aber auch Wohnung, Garten und der nahegelegenen Wald laden ein, in Ruhe zu entspannen.

Cozy apartment on the edge of the forest with Tobelbach

A lovely, country-style apartment with many historical elements in a refurbished farmhouse. We spent four years, till 2017, lovingly restoring our home and the adjacent apartment, using only the best ecological materials. (eg. wood-fiber insulation, as well as clay plaster on all the inside walls.) Attention: For larger groups of 8 people or more, another apartment next door (100 sqm, €150/night) with another bedroom, 2x2m double bed, kitchen and bathroom are available.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The Ferienwohnung offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really relax. For active vacationers, the apartment is the ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest cable car is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave oven, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sledges, etc. can be parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.
