As stated in the actual review: a place to feel good with a very friendly landlord who also acts pro actively to make everything as pleasant as possible for his tenants. There is also nothing missing and you will find everything as shown in the description. Also the surroundings of the apartment are very pleasant, nice neighbors, a quiet place and many opportunities to explore the really very nice area.....hiking....cycling etc. Personally, I would definitely come back if needed, I can really only recommend this apartment and I would like to thank you very much for everything.... Everything is great, Axel and Pia are super friendly and well organized, the place was perfect in terms of location, amenities and feel-good factor. I got good tips for the evening, and even coffee and yogurt were there. Too bad I was only in Düsseldorf for a short time.

Laureen is a very dear hostess, was always available and has a fantastic style with which she decorated the house.😊 The location is super quiet, which invites you to relax. We had a great and relaxing girls weekend, would love to come back and would highly recommend the house to anyone!

We had three really nice days in Nina's apartment and felt super comfortable right from the start. Communication with her was totally straightforward – she was always available, responded super quickly and gave us super clear information. The apartment itself is in top condition, very clean and really nicely decorated – you can tell that she has put some thought into it. Everything worked smoothly and the handling was totally easy. The four of us spent three beautiful days here with the dog. The house was perfect for us and we also liked it very much with its special design of the living levels. Only the mixed weather prevented longer stays on the terrace with adjoining garden (including fig tree and herb bushes). But even the view from the bright living and dining room into the green garden was beautiful. The house is very well maintained and is located in a quiet residential street with single-family houses. Burkhardt is a friendly and helpful landlord.

This was a perfect place to stay for our family with 3 children. The private (massive) garden was exactly what we needed to ensure our kids could still play without having to be too quiet, such as it is in most apartments. There were plenty of toys and a playground as a bonus. The host was wonderful and friendly, always checking on our needs and responding to our requests. One minor issue is that the kitchen doesn't have hot water so you need to get warm water from the bathroom for doing dishes. For staying in the summer, this place is ideal and we'd happily go back!

We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was very friendly and communicative, which made check-in and check-out super easy. The location was convenient and quiet. The apartment had most of the essentials, though we did notice there was no iron available. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but could be helpful for future guests.
