Die Wohnung ist für maximal 3 Personen geeignet und verfügt über alles, was man zum entspannten Wohnen benötigt. Die Wohnung wurde im Mai 2023 renoviert. Das Anwesen befindet sich in einem sehr ruhigen Teil von Zirndorf, mit Parkplätzen vor der Haustür und guter ÖPNV Anbindung.

Quiet and not far from the fun park, basement apartment with charming terrace. Our 50m2 apartment can accommodate 2 adults + 2/3 children or max. 3 adults. The bedroom is equipped with a king-size box spring bed and in the living/dining area there is another sofa bed (1.20mx2.0m). The house was newly built and is located on the edge of a small forest. The fun park is a 10-minute walk away, supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car.
