Bright and spacious!

The property is located in the "Gästehaus Mörtl," a house from the 1960s. It is located in the middle of the village of Faak am See. The lake is only a few minutes' walk away, turquoise blue, with magnificent mountain views. It is one of the southernmost and warmest swimming lakes in Austria. The property has access to the garden with mountain views. Train station, pharmacy, doctor, supermarket and inn are very close. The area invites you to countless activities, such as hiking, cycling or swimming.

Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

In the lower area, it has about 35 square meters with equipped Kitchen, bathroom and also offers a spacious terrace overlooking the surrounding fields and mountains. A slightly steeper staircase leads to the upper area, which is a sleeping area (a Bedroom: 1 x DB plus mattresses -> max. 4 pers.). The house's swimming beach is a 7-minute walk away. Enjoy this cozy apartment with large balcony and partial view of Lake Faak. Very centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the public beach (free of charge). The nicely furnished apartment can accommodate two to three people. Open-plan kitchen and living area with pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Bikes can be parked in the private, lockable basement compartment. A grocery store is opposite.
