Great place to stay Joshua was very helpful when it came to check in and the stay itself was very pleasant. I would recommend staying here and will likely do so myself again.

The stay was perfect, exactly as described and Crispus was a great host.

We really had the most relaxing and peaceful stay. Everything we needed and more including home made produce, bread and milk. Susan was a great host. Very reactive to messages and helpful. We would love to stay again, which I hope won't be too long! Cannot recommend the stay here enough.

Luca was very good with checkin, great instructions and very responsive. We had a couple of issues upon arrival however Luca was very understanding and sent a handyman round in the evening to fix the issue. Overall a great host - would recommend

A lovely little flat. Clean, tidy and had all amenities and everything you could need for a nice relaxing stay. Very close to the Coventry canal, which is most definitely worth a walk alongside. Thank you Barbara.

We had a wonderful stay at Rebecca's place. It is a real creative and beautiful haven. We loved just chilling, eating together, listening to music, and watching movies as a family. The space is so well designed and decorated. I loved all the artwork, furniture, books and magazines. You could just spend ages enjoying it all! The location is very close and within walking distance to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We slept peacefully in the lovely and comfy bedrooms. Rebecca is a great host and even posted back my clothes which I left behind! I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I come regularly to training events at the arena and tried many other places but none of them have stood out as much as this. It's private location is perfect for me as a solo traveller and only 10 minutes walk to the arena saving me paying expensive car parking charges at the events I attend. I also love to stay healthy and prepare my own food, so close proximity to a supermarket/convenience stores is a huge plus. Due to the length of my journey, being close to a reasonably priced petrol station and having off road parking were also big ticks for this location. The hosts are fantastic at communicating with you from booking to check-in to check-out providing clear instructions. Gifting guests a home away from home, with the basics of tea, coffee, milk and chilled water and a well equipped kitchen, beautifully presented lounge, bathroom and bedroom. The bed was supremely comfortable and it provided a cosy place to stay which I thoroughly recommend and will be using again! Thank you 🙏

We had the pleasure of having our colleague Tom stay here, and he absolutely LOVED the apartment! It’s such a beautiful space—well-furnished, modern, and up-to-date. Khalid is an AMAZING host—always super accommodating, helpful, and just a message away! This is the second apartment we've booked with him, and we can’t recommend it enough. Great place for workers wanting to be close to the city. Free enclosed parking and secure area plus nice little flat with the amenities you need. Could do with some tea towels and more cooking items. Other than that a lovely place

Beautiful place, felt lke being at home. The house was clean and the bedding and towels were clean highly recommend l give it 5star. Host is very responsive and polite will definitely book again.

Location was excellent for our purposes (in the center of the city, few minutes walking distance from the University, the market and the railway station) The host was a bit slow in responding before arrival in the UK, but issues regarding were resolved upon arrival at the airport. Overall the apartment was in good to excellent condition apart from some issues which were considered minor due to the relative short stay of 8 days. (One window was very tricky to open and close, the freezer needed some defrosting, one of the faucets had a broken drainer, no towels or sheets were changed during the length of our stay)

Great location, lots of space, very clean. Ignore the Airbnb photos, the place looks 10x better. The host should get some new photos.

The host was really responsive and tried to make our stay as good as possible. What I didn't realise is that the place is on top of a restaurant, so will not be very quiet. I believe it is new host, so he is doing excellent so far. The place is small but tidy and excellent for short stays. We visited Leicester for a day and it is a good stay if you like the night life. But if you value your quiet night more than everything, I'll suggest a place a bit further away from the main streets. Overall I like the place and will recommend it for young people who want to explore the city and probably the night life there.

We stayed at Raffaele’s place for my sister’s hen party and it was perfect - the loft apartment is even better than it looks in photos and has lots of quirky decorations. The hot tub and sauna are a bonus, and the bedroom is stunning (especially the shower and giant bed). Only suggestion would be to make sure you bring eye masks as there are no curtains - we could only find 2 in the main bedroom. Raffaele was super responsive and provided great recommendations!

Me and my boyfriend booked this for my birthday weekend away and it did not disappoint :) it was a very good apartment, all that was needed was there. Tesco right next to it, shopping centre as well...transportation is also accessible...100% recommend!
