Pierre and his wife are beautiful hosts. From the warm welcome to our departure they were always available. The accommodation is very pleasant to live in, well arranged and quiet, with a beautiful terrace well oriented, covered and sheltered from the wind.

The "Domaine de Belle-Freme" is a majestic estate located halfway between Nyon and Geneva. The large property which includes farmland and vineyards is 200 years old. The buildings are impressive. We loved staying here for the quietness, the views over Lake Geneva and the Alps (Mont Blanc on clear days), the quality of the housing overall and the extreme kindness of our host Angélique! With her husband, she is running this estate which has been in the family for several generations. They sell their produce (including the best honey I've ever tasted) and the settings dog and child-friendly (children will certainly love the 2 alpacas on the grounds). You will need a car to get around in this part of the countryside (we rented ours from Geneva airport) where there is a lot to visit within a 15-20 minute drive

Chalet with a view of Lake Geneva

This is a special place! What I loved was that everything had been thought through by the owner, with high standard of cleanliness, and quality of fixtures, furniture and equipment. The bed was huge and super comfortable. The views from the kitchen and terrace are amazing. I appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, the coffees, tea and water. Wonderful forest walks are just behind the building. The terrace and garden was pretty well sealed for my large dog. It was early December and the nights came in quickly, but the wagon was warm and cosy with its wood pellet stove (which stayed on all night), with electric heaters to supplement. There was an induction pad cooker which worked well for me. No tv is needed with the wi-fi, and the shower was good and hot. I found Lena very responsive and helpful, especially when I wanted to extend my visit by a night. I took a lot of kit for my dog and we fitted in well. It would be nice to come back again in the summer perhaps and enjoy relaxing. P

Mina was a wonderful host. The apartment is so well equipped, she's thought of everything. We could easily have stayed much longer! Her place is in a great location with a lovely view over the lake and near restaurants etc. She was so kind making up a lovely cot for our baby and putting in a highchair for us, it made our stay so much easier! The beds were comfortable and bathroom had a great bath and shower with a range of toiletries. Lots of coffee and tea in the kitchen too. We felt really well looked after :) Mina was so welcoming and friendly, and invited us to Christmas drinks with the neighbours; we really enjoyed meeting them all! We wouldn't hesitate to stay again - and for longer next time!

Very nice accommodation, excellent location, easy to find, very nice view next to the lake!The Stuart couple provided us with comfortable and clean bedding and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking.The house is at the right temperature.When we had a problem, Stuart was always there to help in a timely manner when we had a problem, which was great!

We had a great week at Famille Baroz’s place. The chalet is very clean, very well equipped and perfectly placed for walking and sports in the Jura. The hosts are great to communicate with. It was a pleasure to stay here. We’ll definitely go back!

The home is a jewel located in a small Swiss village on the hills facing the lake, more or less 45 mind by car from noth Geneva an Lausanne. the place matches very well the description, the highlights are the swimming pool and all the garden surroundings, the cabled tv , and a fantastic bed and materass. The place is ideal for hikers or bikers, in general anyone searching for a relaxing and cozy experience.
